Quiet neighborhood home sleeps six. The home has a spacious large master bedroom with a jacuzzi bathtub you can enjoy while watching the high definition TV with Blue Ray. Large kitchen with granite counters, new appliances, washer/dryer and large yard.

You will feel at home here in Tucson when you stay at this newly remodeled three bedroom, two bath home located in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to downtown, I-10. Only 8 miles from the University of Arizona with a selection of excellent restaurants close by. The master bedroom suite has its own indoor jacuzzi tub with a high definition TV and free cable/Blu-Ray. French doors open onto a private patio with a full backyard that includes a swing set for the kids. A spacious kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Comfy queen bed in the guest bedroom and two twin beds in the kids room. We have a second high definition TV in the living room and a full dining room table that seats six. A full washer and dryer are included, along with a coffee pot, microwave, dishwasher, oven/range, and kitchenware. We require a minimum of three days stay but offer discounts for the full week. Come enjoy this incredible weather and unique landscape.

You have your own private front entrance and private back yard. This is a very quiet and safe neighborhood; however, you have the extra security of an additional locking security rod iron screen door.

Plenty of privacy, including a private back yard and patio. The owners live nearby and are available to answer any questions about the property 24/7.

The Whispering Hills Subdivision is located in an ideal location for those who want their solitude but who also want easy access to shopping, downtown, I-10, hospitals, The University of Arizona, and our incredible Rillito bike path (which is within walking distance).

Suntran has a bus top within walking distance and taxi service is always available.

If the property is tentatively booked for a date you are interested in, please send an inquiry as we often book well in advance for married family members who may or may not occupy the residence during the dates you are looking for.
There is absolutely no smoking allowed indoors. We only ask that our guests treat our home with the same care that one would expect from someone visiting for the first time.

We are unable to accept cats at this property.

FOR GUESTS STAYING OVER THIRTY (30) NIGHTS- There will be an additional charge of $100 for a mid stay cleaning fee. This fee is paid to the housekeeping team for performing a bathroom clean of all bathrooms, a kitchen wipe down of counter tops, refrigerator, stove and cabinets, and a sweep and mop of the unit.
