Apartment CT1 is a bright one-bedroom apartment featuring a spacious balcony and access to a shared rooftop terrace with views of the Parthenon.

It offers a double bedroom plus an additional daybed (200 × 90 cm) in the living area, making it ideal for couples or small groups. The apartment is fully equipped and offers high-speed internet at 102 Mbps.

Please note that there are a few steps at the building entrance, a small step when entering the WC, and steps from the top floor to access the shared rooftop terrace.

Our CT1 apartment provides a relaxing base within easy walking distance of historic sites, cafés, shops, and public transport.

It is located in Psirri, a lively and historic neighbourhood in central Athens known for its unique blend of tradition and modern flair.

Once home to leather workshops, candle makers, and other artisans, Psirri still showcases traditional crafts alongside a vibrant mix of tavernas, bars, and contemporary eateries. Its streets are also famous for bold street art and charming neoclassical architecture.

Just minutes from Monastiraki metro station—with direct links to Athens Airport and Piraeus Port—and situated next to Plaka, Psirri is a perfect base for exploring the city on foot.

Besides the great location, the apartment was clean and tidy. Has everything you need for a short or long stay and the hosts are super friendly. Also the best view of the Acropolis in the city.

Amazing Location !

This was the final stop for my sister and I on our 3 week Greece adventure . The property was around the corner from several restaurants and shopping opportunities. The condo was spacious , clean and had comfortable furnishings . Look forward to visiting again !

Unique stay!

I loved the apartment, it was spacious and had interesting artwork. The balcony was great to unwind on after sightseeing. The view from the balcony is great and the location was surrounded by beautiful graffiti paintings. The host was helpful and had a binder of great recommendations too.

Fantastic Apartment

Our stay here was wonderful. The apartment is right in the heart of the city and is walking distance from lots of fun restaurants and bars, but somehow it also remains quiet and peaceful so we weren't disturbed at night. The street art around the apartment is super cool, and the apartment itself is filled with very interesting art. Also: a rooftop balcony!

Perfect Location

The apartment is perfectly located for first-time visitors to Athens. All you would need or would want to see is within walking distance and if you decide to venture further afield the Metro is a 5-minute walk. Costas and Yannis were welcoming, helpful, and kind. The space is clean, efficient, and comfortable. The neighborhood is exciting and active. We hope to return soon.

Perfect holiday

This apartment has all the amenities you could need for a vacation and more. So comfortable. The host gives you an overview of the area and gives recommendations. They will take the time to answer any questions you have. The apartment is a block away from so many great restaurants and parking is just around the corner. The acropolis and plaka areas were an easy walk and it is not far from the metro station either. We could not have been happier!

Wonderful Experience

This is the perfect place to experience Athens! The neighborhood was lively and very walkable. The street art was amazing. It felt very safe. We loved the apartment - especially the rooftop terrace with a breathtaking view of the Parthenon. Our host, Costas, met us at the Metro stop and got us set up. The communication was outstanding. If you’re looking for an authentic visit this is the place. If you’re better with ritzy & posh, this would not be for you.

Great Location

We really liked this property. It was kinda funky, eclectic. Costas showed us around the neighborhood on our arrival which was very much appreciated. There is a bakery just up the street that sells delicious pastries and sandwiches. Many restaurants and bars are only blocks away. At the same time it was quiet at night. The street where located is only a block long. Plenty of cooking utensils, a kettle and french press and there was ground coffee in the frig.

Great choice!

The neighborhood is made up of small, charming streets. Lots of street art- there was a gorgeous drawing of an owl on the building next to ours. There is a lovely balcony, air conditioning, the bed is comfortable, and the sitting area clean, bright and roomy. Costas is a delightful host. I only communicated with Lia, the manager, by email, but she was responsive and helpful, even when I originally made the reservation for the wrong days! I would definitely stay there again if I'm lucky enough to return to Athens.

A very unusual neighborhood

Worked for us though. Graffiti everywhere, even on some vehicles. A little intimidating at first, but we ended up kind of loving it. Two blocks to restaurant and party central but the apartment is VERY quiet. Well equipped, good sleep, AC in both rooms. Open doors and windows invite mosquitos in, though. Gotta be a little careful. Fabulous deck. We spent a lot of time there. Walking distance to lots of attractions. Good place, we'd go back.

Creative, convenient, comfortable!

Costas and Iannis made our stay easy and very comfortable! They organized a driver to meet us at the airport - Dimitris -who was totally professional! The bed was very comfortable and the small kitchen efficient (although we only prepared coffee). The shower is an adjustment for Americans, but worked. The pellet stove was a treat and the balcony and roof terrace make the place VERY special! The original artwork is fabulous! Our friends stayed in the two bedroom apartment downstairs, which made everything convenient. There is a terrific restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner around the corner and the Psirri, Monostiraki Square, and the Acropolis are very walkable from apartment. Very pleased!

Lovely clean and quiet

My wife and I have been waiting to see Athens for many years and with covid and economic problems it's taken this long. Our hosts were fantastic arranging transportation from the airport and what can only be described as a concierge style service. The apartment was beautifully furnished with wonderful unique art. Although the neighborhood is jumping in the evenings everybody gets quiet around 11:00 and midnight. No barking dogs no roosters and no sirens. A lovely covered deck where you can find peace and cool breezes at any time of day. This is definitely the kind of apartment that you can call home base and take care of all your needs as well as a great Central location. I highly recommend.
