- Group bookings are not accepted. This accommodation is rented exclusively to families.
- Optional parking with supplement and upon request and availability. Suitable only for standard cars, large vehicles do not fit. Book it in advance, there is usually no parking on the surrounding streets.
- Outdoor swimming pool (one for adults and one for children) seasonal.
- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a security deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupant data required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

Estancia un poco desgastada y signos de haver tenido averías y haver sido reparadas de forma poco fina y hace un poco de daño a la vista ,como olor en el lavabo ,signos de haver tenido humedades en el armario lavabo y estar bufanda la madera y otros muebles que les pas lo mismo

Appartement très agréable et super service
Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet appartement. La localisation est parfaite, tout près de la plage, des commerces, des restaurants et des bars. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la grande terrasse, la propreté du logement, le confort de la literie et l'air conditionné. Le service de l'agence est impeccable, j'ai rarement connu un service aussi professionnel, j'en profite pour remercier toute l'équipe. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
Mettre un peu plus de matériel à disposition pour cuisiner (peu de casseroles, de plats, de boites en plastique). Un ventilateur au dessus de la table sur la terrasse ou un store vertical à pouvoir baisser pour profiter de la terrasse en fin d'après-midi. Un micro-onde plus grand ou mieux encore un combiné four/micro-onde (il n'y a pas de four). Revoir l'électricité car lorsque le lave-vaisselle (ou la machine à lessiver) et l'air conditionné fonctionnent ensemble, le courant saute.

Great location, some issues
The accommodation is in a great location and really central to everywhere. We found fab shops and restaurants nearby.
We were disappointed with the property as we felt it wasn’t a true representation of the pictures we had seen. Although the terrace is spacious, it needs a little tlc, the furniture and general upkeep where lacking.
The pool was really nice and it was very quiet most of the time, it is pre dominantly Spanish and we didn’t meet any other English holiday makers.
Check your flight times before booking, you cannot use the pool or have access to the apartment until 4pm.
