We stayed over Presidents week and our vacation could not have gone better. Arlan was great to work with before and during the rental. The home is clean and bright,. Easy beach access. Worked out perfect for our dog also. Hope to stay again!

Perfect little place to stay!
Such a cute cottage. Comfortably decorated and well stocked with everything you may need. Loved being so close to an amazing bay view, and the walk to the beach is very close! This cottage won’t disappoint!
Cozy Cottage with Spectular Views
My family of 5 stayed for Spring Break and had a lovely time. The Bay is beautiful, we brought our own kayaks and paddled with dolphins every day! Just a short walk, about 5 minutes to the beach. The interior of the cottage is updated and clean. It is a cottage, so the space is small.
The only negative is the back deck. It has lovely views and is shaded in the afternoon, which is amazing; however, due to the limited space inside, the beach equipment is stored on the deck making it look junky. Also, the deck and patio furniture is mismatched and out of date, adding to the disheveled look of the deck.
Overall, a nice stay and attentive property managers. They just need to spend a little time and money on the deck and yard.
Lovely little house in a great location. We hope to return.
Great house on the water and so close to the beach!
We had such a great time at this house. We were in town to see our older kids at a university nearby. It is such a short walk to the beach and we went everyday to search for shells and watch the sunset. The house was comfortable and beautifully decorated. The manager was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. There is a nice walking trail next to the house with many trees and beautiful birds, in a very nice neighborhood. We can’t wait to come back again soon!
House advertised having heat - it didn't - we froze
Knowing Florida can get a little chilly in January and taking my niece's medical condition into consideration, I was looking for a rental unit that advertised having heat. It was cold during our stay and at the middle of our trip, the temperatures dropped into the lower 30s. There was no heat in this house. The property manager provided 2 space heaters that he felt would be sufficient. They weren't. We kept them running in the common area during the coldest night. Woke up to the common area being in the high 50s and the bedrooms as cold as ice. Knowing Florida was experiencing record cold temps, the Property manager had a duty to ensure that the heating system was in an operable condition prior to our arrival. Went out to buy our own space heater on Sunday so we could heat the bathroom to take a shower because the property manager was unreachable (texts, voicemail, email). The place was uninhabitable due to the cold and I felt I had to get my niece out of these conditions because she was starting to experience great pain. Our rental was up on Saturday but we ended up leaving on Thursday.
When I requested half of the rental fee be reimbursed because the house lacked an operational heating system during our stay, the property manager's response was basically that I got the house at a reduced price and he was not in control of the weather. I rented this house at the price that was provided on the listing. I did not negotiate a reduced price. The property manager made an offer to come stay another time at 50% off but after this experience I am not inclined to trust him with another vacation. A trip that was meant for bonding/reminiscing/ and mourning the loss of my sister turned into a nightmare and I have the luxury of paying for it because the property manager refuses to reimburse me for my inconvenience and his lack to due diligence in providing an operational heating system during our stay.
La Playa Casita has been remodled in 2017 with new bathroom and more. New (2018) HVAC system with AC & HEAT all new duct work , compressor, new thermostat

The unusually cold weather is out of my control. We have been more then fair in are offer.
