detached house is situated in the historic center of Noto, (Via Antonio Sofia). It 'a recently renovated apartment with two large and bright rooms, a large bathroom and a beautiful garden. It is a comfortable house, very quiet, ideal for a couple, even with child.
L 'apartment is comfortable and very quiet, with air conditioning. It has a large living room equipped kitchen with everything. Room has a double bed and in the living room there is a sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine.
There is a nice garden, equipped with umbrellas, chairs, table, barbecue, outdoor shower and a hammock.
The apartment can be reached by car and in the next street is easily located parking.
Nearby you are, pharmacy, restaurant, bar, cartolibreria, a small supermarket, a baker, a fish shop, various shops and the most important buildings of the city

Lovely place to stay

Friendly and helpful host. Spacious rooms, wonderful kitchen en nice shady garden to sit in and relax. Good wifi for remote working. In the middle of beautiful Noto. So don’t hesitate and book this accomodation!

A little paradise in Noto

This was such an idyllic place to stay. The host was charming, welcoming and so helpful in telling us about the surrounding area. Could so easily have stayed longer than the 2 days we had booked. I would highly recommend. Thank you Salvatore!

Noto holiday

We stayed 4 nights at Salvatore's garden house. Salvatore was very solicitous and kind. We arrived in Noto by rental car on a dark and stormy night after a long drive. We had a very difficult time finding the house as my phone with the information had run out of battery. It was only the kindness of a local that led us to the house. Salvatore was waiting for us and greeted us with warmth. The house is spacious and fully equipped. We were a bit cold as the weather in February was chilly and damp. Also, expect the climb up the hill and stairs when returning from a walk. We were able to park on the street right in front of the house in a safe location. There are several good restaurants nearby. There is a comfortable queen bed and a comfortable futon in the kitchen. The washer was convenient and the bathroom roomy and fully functional.

Noto experience

Salvatore and his wife were lovely people. He went out of his way to show us the area. We were traveling in winter, under some illusion that Sicily is warm then. Nope. But the coolness made our extensive walking easier. Noto is on a hill and is all steep streets and stairways. But worth it. The apartment was clean and had everything for our three week stay. Though it was too chilly to sit on the patio, Salvatore made sure we had plenty of heat ( three sources). We still had fresh oranges from the garden every morning. Lots of great bakeries, the scene downtown is great for people watching

Persönlicher Empfang - unglaublich freundlicher und entgegenkommender Gastgeber. In der Wohnung ist alles, was man braucht. Die Nähe zu Notos Barockbauten ist perfekt. So kann man sich auch kurz entschlossen zu einer Besichtigungstour aufmachen. Man sollte aber wegen der Hanglage gut zu Fuß sein.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Zentral, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegene Wohnung in der barocken Altstadt von Noto. Dank der genauen Anreisebeschreibung konnte der Ort der Wohnung sehr schnell in der Altstadt gefunden werden, wo es auch immer Parkmöglichkeiten gab. Dank des schönen Innenhofes mit dem angrenzenden Garten fühlte man sich wie im Grünen. Salvatore ist ein sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der auch gleich Vorschläge zur Stadtbesichtigung und der Umgebung gegeben hat. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Appartement conforme à l'annonce, à quelques pas du centre historique de Noto. Très calme avec un accès direct à un jardin. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Salvatore qui nous a donné des conseils de visite. Nous recommandons cette adresse à Noto.

Hôte et logement très agréables

Hôte particulièrement prévenant, discret et de bon conseil. Logement très calme, vaste, bien équipé, avec accès au jardin: très appréciable pour le petit déjeuner en plein air en centre ville. Je recommande vivement.

Schönes Apartment im Herzen von Noto

Salvatore war ein hilfsbereiter und guter Gastgeber. Kleinere Probleme wurden sofort erledigt. Das Appartement war sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Kücheneinrichtung war gut und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der kleine Innenhof war für die Entspannung hilfreich. Die Kühle am Abend wurde durch ein Propangasöfchen gut kompensiert. Das gesamte Apartment war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Netter Gastgeber und sehr gute Lage

Wir haben uns in dieser tipptopp sauberen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie liegt in der Altstadt, alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Der wunderbar ruhige Garten erlaubt gemütliches Sitzen und Geniessen. Ospiti colti e intelligenti che amano conoscere la cultura e le tradizioni dei luoghi che visitano e che sono particolarmente innamorati della nostra bella isola e del suo patrimonio architettonico monumentale e naturalistico. La casa fa parte di un immobile storico dell'inizo del 1900 e ha un ampio giardino e un bellissimo terrazzo.E' stata recentemente ristrutturata e arredata. Il parcheggio nella via accanto è gratuito e generalmente si trova facilmente. E' comunque una delle poche case storiche con giardino in centro storico e dentro si gode e si respira una pace e una tranquillità come essere in campagna.
