I'm a California native, born and raised here. My wife is from Germany and came here 14 years ago and never wanted to leave. We have two great little boys who truly love Laguna Beach and will hopefully continue to be raised here.

Why they chose this property

This is a vacation home for those who want to come to Laguna and walk to the beach and walk to everything the town has to offer. Can't beat the location. And can't beat being literally across the street from the beach.

What makes this property unique

Fully updated cottage with all new amenities. Outdoor shower. A nice outdoor space so you can really feel like you're on vacation.
