This home was the perfect place for me, my daughter and three grandchildren. The place was immaculate, and we felt welcomed with the with the towels, shampoo, and soaps laid out on the beds. The beds were so comfortable we had a great nights sleep, all of us. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. The agent told me that we might need to bring more toilet paper, (I did think that odd) we didn't and there were plenty of extra rolls in each of the four bathrooms. We received detailed instructions on what was needed to know before our arrived and phone numbers to call if for more instructions. There is a tablet with lots of great information about the area and locations of stores, restaurants, etc. It rained almost the whole time we stayed, so we didn't get to enjoy the rooftop fireplace, seating, and view. The kids we up there anyway and loved it. The only negative is that many of the drawers in the kitchen need repair and some of the pans and cooking sheets were not very clean. I see that the fault of previous patrons, not the cleaning company. We are planning another trip to Nashville this spring and are looking forward to staying there again.
The townhouse was in a perfect location--easy uber to Broadway, the Gluch or 12 south areas. We enjoyed the nice roof top deck as well. The home is clean and very updated. We would visit this home again.
Nice clean place. We had 3 couples in town for the weekend to catch the Packer game. The place was ready early and was in great condition. There was plenty of room for everyone. Each couple had their own room with attached bathroom. The lower bedroom did have two twin beds. The only potential drawback is the steps, it's a three story with two bedrooms in the third floor. Not a problem for us, but could be for some. Location was ok, close to the university and seemed safe, as it was located across the street from the police station. It was about a $12 uber ride to Broadway. My only negative is that the Titans were rude hosts and beat up on the Packers.
3 men stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. property is awesome. close enough to walk or uber anywhere. off the beaten path so you can also get away. i would only offer this as a suggestion to the owner/mgmt. company. The kitchen could use some basics: olive oil, salt/pepper, foil, baggies and such. The TV's require a Ph.d to use. We had no success. needs to be simplified. and, lastly, and most important, it needs a stereo. even an ipod doc. something. we didn't bring any speakers so had to listen to music in the condo w/ our iphones. not ideal. otherwise, this place is hip and very comfortable for a long weekend stay.
We had a group of 5 women who stayed at the condo to celebrate 40th birthdays. It was very comfortable, with plenty of space for the 5 of us. The condo was clean and well-maintained. The pictures provide a very accurate representation. The parking in the attached garage was convenient, and we found the 10 minute or less drive to the Broadway area to be very easy. We also explored the 12 South and Hillsboro Village neighborhoods, which were again a very short (less than 10 min.) drive away. Two of the 3 mornings we were there, we went to The Jam coffee shop, right next door, which was so convenient and tasty. Some neighborhoods bordering this area appear to be transitional, but we always felt very safe and were comfortable walking to dinner our first night in town. Overall, we found the location to be excellent, the condo to be more than comfortable, and would recommend to others.
