The beautiful extensive detached property dates from the turn of the 19th century and has been completely renovated over the past 3 years. It is within the conservation area of the charming, vibrant village of Nissan Lez Enserune, one of Languedoc's oldest communes. The property has outstanding views of the three windmills from the first floor terrace, barbecue and entertaining area.

In the garden, you can enjoy a beautiful private 8m x 4m swimming pool, sun loungers and shaded area under a large pergola and acacia tree.
The partitioned changing area has a fridge for pool drinks, the pool pump room and a covered well that provides water for some of the property services.
