In the foothills of the Cambrian Mountains and close to the Cardigan Bay Coast. Ysgubor is a detached, contemporary barn conversion which sleeps 6 in three bedrooms, the majority of which is ground floor and with stunning countryside views. We are about a mile from Tregaron, a characterful town on an historic drover's route with shops, pubs and cafes

Location

In a wonderful, peaceful location on a quiet country lane with stunning countryside and mountain views. Lying between the rolling foothills of the Cambrian Mountains and Cardigan Bay coast; a mile from Tregaron village with pubs, shops and cafes.

An ideal location with cycling and walking straight from the door and central for days out in Mid Wales, the Cambrian Mountains and Cardigan Bay with its spectacular coastline and famous sandy beaches and about an hour's drive if you fancy a day out to either the Brecon Beacons, Pembrokeshire or Snowdonia National Parks.

Lying in an area with the darkest skies in the UK there is no light pollution here, so you can see fabulous views of the Milky Way on clear nights and stunning moonrises too.

Local attractions

Abergwesyn Pass, Red Kite Centre, Strata Florida Abbey, Devil's Bridge, Elan Valley, Bwlch Nant yr Arian, the Hafod Estate, Rheidol Railway, Cors Caron nature reserve, Dolaucothi Gold Mine, Silver Mountain. The Cardigan Bay coast with it's picturesque villages, coast path and famous dolphins is just 16 miles away along quiet country lanes. The area also boasts several National Trust properties, Llanerchaeron Estate and Farm, Cilgerran Castle and the Dolau Cothi Gold Mines, where you can try your hand at panning for gold
