The house is immersed in a large Mediterranean garden 12 km from Messina and 400m from the Tyrrhenian Sea. Ideal location for pleasant and relaxing stays even in spring and autumn thanks to the mild climate and for excursions throughout Eastern Sicily. The apartment is located about 3 km from the Capo Peloro Oriented Nature Reserve and from the village of Torre Faro, which offers all the services (shops, supermarket, restaurants, bars, disco, post office, bank, pharmacy, hospital, carabinieri, petrol supplies, tennis and five-a-side football fields). The house is peaceful and quiet. From the garden, through a path lined with lemons, oranges, figs, pines, you can directly reach the wide beach. The house is located on the ground floor and has a terrace, garden, barbecue, outdoor shower and parking. The house is accessed by a gate on the SS113dir state road. The beach is about 400m away.
The house is located on the Tyrrhenian coast of Messina, in an area very appreciated in the summer months for the size and tranquility of the beach and, thanks to the mild Sicilian climate, suitable for staying there also during the rest of the year when they can be better appreciated the stillness and silence at times interrupted by the sound of the waves of the sea, the rustling of leaves or the chirping of birds.
