Quinta da Paz Madeira is a large space surrounded by magnificent gardens, decorated with stone tiles, basalt, intricate wood, marble and stained glass that evoke some traditions of our island, as well as national traditions intrinsically linked to our local culture.

Located in the heart of Caniço, near the city of Funchal, the Quinta benefits from a mild climate that greatly contributes to the lush gardens and the varied flowers that decorate its corners throughout the year.

It is 2 minutes from the center of Caniço and a 10-minute drive from central Funchal. Quiet and safe area, with several nearby services, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacy, bank, shopping ...
It has great access to public transport and the highway.

Idyllische Anlage nahe Funchal

Super schöne und gepflegte Anlage zum wohlfühlen. Mit Pool und Waschmaschine. Küche doch etwas kleiner als dargestellt aber ok. Gepflegtes Zimmer. Bett nicht ganz Rückenfreundlich. Ausreichend großer Parkplatz vorhanden.

Nette Anlage, kleines Zimmer mit ein paar Mankos

Die Ferienanlage ist wirklich schön und gepflegt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, wir haben von hier aus alles auf Madeira gemacht. Wir hatten die kleinste der Wohnungen in der Anlage und hier macht man ein paar Abstriche, die Küche ist tatsächlich eine so kleine Nische, dass nur eine Person kochen kann. Der Esstisch ist ein Beistelltisch und bietet nur Platz für zwei Teller. Die Wohnung an sich könnte etwas gemütlicher sein. Ein Sofa als Sitzgelegenheit hat irgendwie gefehlt, da das Wetter auch nicht immer gut genug war um draußen zu sitzen. Wie wir gesehen haben sind die größeren Wohnungen in diesen Punkten besser und haben teils auch eine Couch zum Sitzen. Für den Preis insgesamt in Ordnung.

Das Haus ist architektonisch gut gelungen. Der Garten, der Pool, die Wohnungen sehr gepflegt. Man hat einen tollen Blick auf die Stadt und das Meer. Leider nicht vom Gartenappartment, dafür hat man aber auf der dazugehörigen Terrasse und dem davor liegenden Garten seine Ruhe. Zwei kleine Kritikpunkte: Man hört die Autobahn manchmal laut und die Wohnung wirkt auf den Fotos im Netz viel größer. Da der Preis aber absoolut zum Angebot passt, kann man dies geflissentlich ignorieren. Patrizia hat sich sehr nett um uns gekümmert. Alles in allem: Daumen hoch, wir kommen bestimmt wieder....
