Overlooking Gulf of Mexico – 12th floor, West corner unit – Fully renovated in 2017! New kitchen, new bathrooms, new paint, new furniture, new full sized washer & dryer. It's all new and waiting for you!

The South side wraparound balcony provides wonderful views of the Gulf, the Perdido Pass and the beaches to the west, the master balcony offers views to the north. This condo has 3 bedroom, 2 baths – sleeps 8 (1-king, 1-queen, 2-doubles & a queen sofa bed) - split brick floors - 3-ton A/C, flat screen TVs and Kaba locks (No more keeping track of keys!)

Don't stress if you forget to pack something because there are three large grocery stores, four pharmacies, Target (Gulf Shores) and Walmart all in close proximity to the condo. There are restaurants, spas and shopping centers. The Tanger Outlet Mall offers great retail therapy with over 120 brand name stores. The Wharf shopping, dining and entertainment complex is just minutes away. It features an amphitheater for regularly scheduled concerts, more shopping and a movie theater. Perdido Pass offers an area just for fishermen. Marinas, glass bottom boats and chartered deep sea fishing. There's golf (serious and miniature), the Alabama Birding Trail, amusement parks and water theme parks and so much more!

Paul was born and raised in Chicago. He definitely prefers sand over snow.

Rebecca is from CA. She loves L.A. - - That's L.A. as in Lower Alabama :)

Why Rebecca Canale chose Alabama

Phoenix East II is a smaller complex, right next door to the larger Phoenix East. It has a lower population density while still offering an unbeatable array of amenities. When this corner unit came available we were delighted.

What makes this condo unique

Our complex is packed with amenities. We enjoy the waves and sand on sunny days as well as the beachside pool. Being close to The Perdido Pass there is a parade of boats every day. The community BBQ facilities and picnic areas are a great place for outdoor meals. On the rare rainy days, the indoor pool is a bonus. The tennis, racquetball and basketball courts are available for the athletically inclined.

Incredible View

We had a great time at this location and enjoyed the property. The view is outstanding and the unit meet all our needs and was as described. Fun family vacation

We had a great time during our stay. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated & spacious. I traveled with my husband, 3 children ; 10, 5 & 2, my parents & 16 year old niece. I loved both balconies. The one off the gulf side had a great view of the gulf & the other was off the master, it was great for my husband & I to sit out & enjoy at night. Lots of great nearby restaurants esp. Louisiana lagniappe which is practically right across the street. The kids loved the pool & splash pad. Their was also a indoor pool & spa on the premises. Can't say one bad thing about this place.

Wonderful long weekend

The condo was very well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked. We really enjoyed the balcony the views were fantastic we loved watching the boats come in and out of the inlet. The beds were very comfortable. Great condo, complex and location. We would stay here again.

AMAZING❤️

If ever we have the opportunity to go back, I will not even bother looking for another spot. I will just see when this one is available and plan my vacation that way😉. This property is BEYOND gorgeous. It is clean, beautifully laid out, and has GORGEOUS views from the 11th floor balcony. It was important to us to be ON THE BEACH and so many properties are misleading with that info.:.. NOT THIS ONE... This is ON THE BEACH.... A small walk across the dunes... (A lot of properties in this area are across the street from the actual beach). To stay here was beyond LOVELY. Also, these owners are simply THE BEST❤️. Choose this one. You will not be disappointed.

Once the home for acres of orange plantations, Orange Beach is now a celebrated Gulf Coast destination with a rich variety of activities. The sugar white sandy beaches, the rolling waves, gentle breezes and temperate climate, make Orange Beach popular year round.

After a day in the sun on the beach or links, you'll have a whole new world to explore at night. Sample some of the absolute freshest seafood at one of the many restaurants, bistros and cafes. Then take advantage of any number of entertainment venues, ranging from family friendly to rockin' and rowdy. There's an incredible variety of live music to be heard nearly every night of the week. You can choose from throaty jazz, good southern delta blues, Caribbean calypso or up and coming country stars. There are plays, dancing, and free concerts all around town.

Orange Beach offers a unique combination of relaxation and entertainment and continuously ranks as one of the top vacation destinations on the Gulf Coast. In addition to the white sand beaches and turquoise water, this area offers a myriad other attractions. For those interested in history, Fort Morgan is about 30 minutes west of our condo, and Pensacola Naval Museum (home of the Blue Angels) is about the same distance east. There are also several golf courses, a zip line, water parks and plenty of shopping nearby.
