Wunderschöner Urlaub

Die Aussicht der Anlage ist grandios. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gemütlich. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Auf der Terrasse gab es viele Küchenkräuter, die das selbstgemachte Essen abrundeten. Lärmempfindliche Menschen sollten wissen, dass die Wohnung sehr hellhörig ist. Uns hat das nicht gestört. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden wieder kommen.

Weekend in tranquillità

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte e ci siamo trovati bene. La piscina è davvero molto bella, con una fantastica vista sul paesaggio circostante. Simonetta è stata molto disponibile.

Schöne Unterkunft in bezaubernder Landschaft

Eine hervorragende Unterkunft in einer rauhen wunderschönen Landschaft. Die Unterkunft war ein idealer ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zu Meer und in die Berge.Frau panzironi ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Nach unseren Ausflügen genossen wir das nach Hause kommen in unsere Wohnung die wunderschöne Landschaft und den herrlichen Pool.

Wonderful place!!

It is a wonderful place! The pool is amazing, as well as the view!! There is only one bedroom but it did not matter!! The living room with two beds has a lot of space and the terrace is very nice and private so we spend the evening on the terrace while our kids (5-7) were sleeping. Very nice appartment and Simonetta and her staff are very helpful. Perfect place for a nice quiet week with your kids. Nearby (5 minutes by car) you have a lovely fresh pasta shop and Agualagna (8 minutes) has a perfect coffeebar.

A lovely place...

Although I only stayed for a few days, it was a real pleasant experience. Ca' Battista is well looked after, situated in a stunning surrounding full of trees, meadows, own grown vegetables, rolling hills and a lot of sunlight. Mixed with the enthousiasm, charm and dedication of its owner Simonetta, it is a true recipe for a lovely holliday. The appartment is cosy and has eveything you need. The swimming pool on top of the hill is one of the best I have seen so far! I also enjoyed drinking wine with Simonetta and her friends, learning about the ins and outs of Italy and its local policies. It was a pitty I did not stay longer, but I guess this place will be like a magnet. I really hope it will pull me back one day... Also because besides this lovely place, the nature and villages in this part of Le Marche are truely pleasant. Thanks Simonetta for leaving Rome! Bart

A great pace to stay and relax!

The 'Frassino' apartment was a lovely place to stay for my wife and I and we had all the facilities we needed. Simonetta was always on hand to help and advise us on anything we wanted and she made us comfortable throughout. The views from the pool were fantastic and it was such a relaxing place to be, sipping good wine from the nearby pasta shop and watching the world go by. The whole property was clean and well maintained and we had no problems with having BBQ's within our terrace area. The area surrounding area around Ca' Battista is breathtaking and Cagli is such a friendly and unspoint little town just 15 minutes drive away. A great base to see and visit so many of the interesting villages and places in both Le marche and Urbino and there are plenty! We had a wonderful holiday and Simonetta's sisters and children made our stay very welcoming in true Italian style. We will be back!!

great appartment and magnificient views

We travelled with four persons (2 adults en 2 teenagers). The road to this appartment is steep and partly unpaved. We stayed in appartment Arco. One big bedroom with three beds and an ensuite. Two couch beds in the living room. Arco appartment is siuated at the front of the house. The terras in front of the entrance is sunny in the morning and in the Evening and afternoon shadow. The swimming pool is on top of the hill. The view from the pool is breathtaking. Every day fresh vegetables from the garden. This time of year there is a lot of zuchini. Sometimes to much. The owner and staff are very relaxed and nice people. Our kids were invited to bake there own pizza, wich is a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this appartment.

Traumhaft

Die Lage des renovierten Landsitz ist einmalig - vorallem wenn man am Pool ist. Man sieht die Berge - einfach gigantisch. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend für 2 Erw. u. 2 Kinder - toll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden und was fehlt bekommt man von der lieben Vermieterin Simonetta. Sie steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, vorallem wenn man da sein möchte wo nicht alle Touris sind. Gerne darf man frisches Gemüse vom Garten holen. Das größte Hightight für die kinder war das Pizzabacken mit Simonetta. Leckere Pizza und viel Spaß hatten die Kinder. Ausfllugsziele in der Umgebung (Urbino, Cagli )gibt es genügend und das Autofahren in der wunderschönen Landschaft ist sehr kurzweilig. Einkaufen kann man in Pole (das Nötigste) oder Aqualagna. Das Meer in Fano ist über die Schnellstraße in 30 min. zu erreichen. Das Städtchen Fano alleine ist eine Reise wert. Kleine Gassen einfach typisch italienisch. Wenn man einen Tagesausflug macht ist das Meer in Senigallia (wunderschöner Sandstrand) in ca. 1 Stunde zu erreichen. Mit Kindern sollte man sich einen Ausflug nach Mondavio nicht entgehen lassen. Eine Burg umgeben von Stadtmauern und mit nachgebautem Innenleben. Ist auch an heißen Tagen gut zu besuchen. Zur Anlage selbst noch kurz, da es mehrere Wohnungen sind findet man (wenn man möchte), vor allem die Kids, schnell Anschluss. Wir haben uns alle gigantisch gut erholt und wollten gar nicht mehr nach Hause. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen, müssten wir nicht eine Fahrtzeit von mind. 11Stunden aufbringen (schade). Allen die sich für Ihren Urlaub dort entscheiden - wünschen wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Sehr zu empfehlen. Hier noch mal ein großes Dankeschön an Simonetta. It is a wonderful place to stay there and you are a lovely, wonderful person.

Happy to have found this place!

I reserved this place the day before and I was little afraid but when we were arriving at Cà Battista on the white road and we saw the place from a distance of 400 mt we stopped to admire the beauty of the place at the sunset. Cà Battista is located on a hill of 350 mt and there is the best landscape I evere seen!! My girlfriend was wery happy of my choise. Simonetta was waiting for us with a fantastic cake and a bottle of wine and took inside our apartment. We found what we needed. A very warm athmosphere and very well equipped apartment with our private terrace under a fantastic tree. We bought fresh truffle from the Truffle Hunting that were in Simonetta's property and she found us a very fresh eggs from the farmer. It was delicious and precoius to have taste this food that you can have it only in this kind of place. We already put an option to come back in June. Moreover Cà Battista is well located to easly reach many place(Urbino,Gubbio,Fano,Pesaro,Assisi). Here around there are many lttle village and people is very friendly and polite. Down in the road there is a shop that cook local food. This region is fantastic! Thank you Simonetta!

A very lovely place

My bride and I came here for some rest and relaxation after our wedding and we could not have found a better, more welcoming place. Simonetta took us under her wing and is most gracious and generous. The apartment is lovely, the others staying here are warm and friendly (Dutch), and the landscape is spectacular. The distance to the major (and less well known) old Italian cities is very reasonable with Perugia, Gubbio, Assisi, and Urbino only an hour to two hours away. We are already planning our return to this very place and are hoping to bring along many friends. The price for our stay is affordable and very good value for money, no question. Be sure to purchase some food and supplies before you arrive as the stores may be closed on Sunday (and perhaps Monday). Simonetta can make arrangements for dinners (Saturdays and Wednesdays) at another Agriturismo very nearby (one can see it over the valley) where the food and wine are local and fabulous. We are an older married couple and this place is perfect for people like us but also very good for families. As I stated, this is a wonderful place, one where we have learned one can lose track of time and return home refreshed.

fantastic stay in arelaxing and friendly context!

Our stay at Ca' Battista was one of our best holidays ever. The position and the beauty of the place is even much better than the pictures (that are already fantastic!!!). The swimming pool is perfectly located looking at the stunning 360° panorama of the beautiful hills of the area. The apartments and the entire country house is finely restored, very comfortable and with friendly owners. We enjoyed the walks in the fields around Ca' Battista, the many wild animals we could see and the unexpected views. Moreover, the area offers beautiful villages and precious natural-ecological spots for trekking, but also to visit historical centres. There are as well many nice restaurants where you can have good food at reasonable prices. We hope to come back to Ca' Battista very soon!!!

Wunderbaren Ausblick

Die gepflegte Anlage liegt etwas abseits mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick, den man besonders vom Pool aus genießen kann. Mit dem Auto kann man gut die Gegend erkunden, z. B Urbino oder die Küste. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit Liebe eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts. Allerdings muß man alte Möbel mögen.Vor Ort war immer ein Angestellter, der sich um alles gekümmert hat. Für uns war der Urlaub sehr erholsam. Da die Anlage mehrere Ferienwohnungen besitzt, bekam man auch Kontakt zu den anderen Gästen, was für unseren Sohn toll war. Eine gute Erfahrung, warum man Fremdsprachen lernt. Viele Grüße auf diesen Weg nach Genf und Como.

Great stay!

We found the place quite special. It has a breathtaking view to enjoy...especially at dawn and sunset. The apartment is very confortable, well kept and with a real taste of the "italian country house". We felt at home and where well adviced by the owner on places to eat around and things to see. The food is genuine and in particular we loved the "tartufi" mushroooms with home made pasta. The sorroundings are terribly rich in history, art and natural attractions. Cannot wait to go back next spring to spend more time. A place worth going to.

Fantastic Holiday

This is now the second time i've been here, my property was stylish and well equipped, it had everything that was necessary. Location was outstanding, much advised during this year, colours of the trees and nature surrounding were vivid and had a tranquil pleasure feel. Place was very warming and authentic. Owners are relaxed and helpful, all quiries and needs were satisfied. Maybe my partner and I will come back for the truffle seasons being that we're both fans of the white truffle.Highly recommended.

Schön, ländlich, gemütlich

Die Ferienwohnung und der Pool wurden angetroffen wie beschrieben. So schön wie auf den Bildern!! Die Ausstattung war vollkommen in Ordnung und wir (2 Erwachsene+2 Kinder 6+9 Jahre alt) fühlten uns hier sehr wohl. Die Vermieterin Simonetta war sehr nett und hatte immer Insidertips zu Lokalen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten parat. Der absolute Hammer war aber die Landschaft. Die Lage des Anwesens ist atemberaubend schön. Sonnenuntergänge hinter der gegenüberliegenden Bergkette sind traumhaft.Der Pool liegt wirklich wunderbar am Hang und man hat eine herrliche Aussicht direkt von der Liege aus. Der Pool wurde jede Nacht automatisch gereinigt und das Wasser war frisch, und kühl, aber nicht zu kalt. Genau richtig. Die Zufahrt zum Anwesen ist etwas abenteuerlich, da ein grober Schotterweg das letzte Stück den Berg hoch führt, ist aber mit jedem normalen PKW und etwas Zutrauen zu schaffen. Hunde sollten man schon mögen, denn es sind immer 4 Aufpasser unterwegs. Wenn sie den Besucher mal kennen,dann interessieren sie sich aber nicht mehr für die Gäste und man hat seine Ruhe, wenn man das möchte. Unbedingt ausprobieren sollte man den Pizzaofen, der zwar zur anderen Wohnung gehört, aber wenn man ein gutes Verhältnis zu den Nachbarn hat ist das kein Problem. Teigrezept besorgen oder in den Büchern stöbern, Zutaten her und 2-3 Stunden das Feuer anheizen, und dann gehts los. In 1-2 Minuten sind herrliche selbstgemachte Holzofen-Pizzas fertig. Sehr lecker und spaßig. Die Gegend selbst bietet tourstisch und kulinarisch nicht zu viel, aber wenn man etwas sucht dann fndet man auch ordentliches Olivenöl, Wein und sonstige Spezialitäten. Die Trüffel sind hier ein zentraler Vermarktungsort und recht beliebt. Muß man sie aber mögen. Schöne Städtchen sind Urbino, Cagli, Fossmbrone und Fano. Der Strand zwischen Fano und Pesaro war mit Kindern optimal. Ein Ausflug nach dem Fürstentum San Marion ist auch ganz nett, steuerfrei Einkaufen und so, aber auch touristisch recht überlaufen. Insgesamt empfehlen wir jedem diese Unterkunft. Die Umgebung bietet nicht ganz soviel wie in der Toscana oder in Umbrien, hat aber ihren ganz eigenen Reiz und Charme. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen. Wir waren hier die ersten beiden Septemberwochen 2009. Die erste Woche war heiss, bis 32-34 Grad. In der zweiten Woche hatten schon viele Lokale und Geschäfte geschlossen in den Städten. Es war noch warm (23-28 C), aber auch winding und deshalb zum Baden nur bei zeitweiser Auflockerung angenehm.

Natur pur

Wir waren mit unseren zwei Kindern (5 und 12) Ende Mai/Anfang Juni in diesem Landhaus. Die Lage ist unbeschreiblich schön. Mitten in den grünen Hügeln der Marken - Natur pur mit gigantischem Ausblick auf die umliegenden Hügel und Berge. Die Wohnung "Frassino" und die Fienile Suite (auf einer anderen Seite beschrieben) bilden ein Gebäude. Wobei dies quasi die Einliegerwohnung ist. Im anderen Gebäudekomplex befinden sich die anderen genannten Wohneinheiten. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet (Gasherd, Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Fernseher und WLAN-Internet). Die Küche ist für eine Ferienwohnung wirklich gut ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem großen Zimmer indem sich die Küchenzeile, ein Esszimmertisch mit 4 Stühlen sowie zwei Sofas auf denen unsere Kinder geschlafen haben. Bad mit Dusche, WC, Bidet und Waschbecken. Alles recht sauber und ordentlich. Vor dem Haus befindet sich eine nach Norden ausgerichtete Terrasse mit ca. 10qm. Ausgestattet mit Gartentisch und 4 Stühlen sowie einem "Klappstuhl" so richtig zum "Reinlümmeln". Zwei große Bäume spenden hier ganztags Schatten. Parkplätze sind separat ausreichend vorhanden. Der Pool liegt ca. 50m etwas oberhalb des Gebäudes. Er kann von der Terrasse aus nicht gesehen werden, da er hinter dem Gebäude steht. Dort findet man den besten Ausblick auf die wunderschöne Umgebung. Der Pool ist ca. 8m breit und 15m lang. Ideal für unseren kleinen Sohn war, dass auf einer Seite der Pool ca. 90cm tief ist. Dort konnten wir dann spielen und ordentlich Spaß haben. Zur anderen Seite fällt der Pool bis auf max. 2 m ab. Gut fanden wir, dass rundum ein Absatz war auf dem wir stehen konnten. Im Poolbereich finden Sie Liegestühle, Sonnenschirme, Stühle und Tische. Vis a vis vom Gebäude (etwa oberhalb der Terrasse) ist eine überdachte Außenküche in Verbindung mit dem Pizzaofen. Tolle Geschichte, besonders für Kinder, seine eigene Pizza zu backen und den Ofen eigenhändig anzufeuern. Als Ausflugziele bieten sich San Marino, Frassassigrotte und Urbino sowie Aufenthalte am Meer (Sirolo, Senigalia - Sandstrand, Fano - Kiesstrand) an. Lebensmittel kann man im nahegelegenen Aqualagna oder im "Tante-Emmaladen" in Pole kaufen. Kleidung findet man in diversen Outlets oder Boutiquen. Besonders positiv möchte ich die Besitzerin Simonetta erwähnen. Die sehr aufmerksam aber nie aufdringlich war und uns bei Fragen immer weitergeholfen hat. Fazit: Alles super!
