Welcome and thank you for your interest in our location.
Beautiful apartment, 20 minutes from Rome, between the sea and Zoomarine (the water amusement park in Rome).
Just renovated, equipped with every comfort, in villa.
Beautiful bedroom, sofa bed in the living room, private bathroom, convenient kitchenette and big terrace with magnificent views over the garden and the surrounding gardens.
The apartment is located in a green area, very nice, quiet and peaceful, suitable for a relaxing holiday, not far from all amenities.
Near the sea, Zoomarine and its dolphins. Just 20 minutes from Rome by bus 500 m.
At the request of traditional Italian cooking classes:
Lasagna, gnocchi, pizza can be enjoyed at the end of lesson.
Zoomarine is only 4 km from the apartment.
And 'the water of Rome amusement park, open from April to October, visited by thousands of people every year.
We are 10 km from the Castelli Romani, a hilly area, rich in forests and natural attractions.
Close to the lakes of Nemi and Castel Gandolfo, volcanic lakes, true natural wonders of Latium, meritovoli areas like visiting Rome. At Castel Gandolfo, the Pope has his summer residence.
At 500 m. from the apartment, supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, gyms.
In the pool area, covered or uncovered, horse riding, golf and fishing.
Shuttle service to and from the airport.

Great location/host

We had an amazing time, this was ideally located to allow us to travel to Rome, visit different beaches along the cost, and access theme/water parks. The host was friendly, and helpfull .....made us a lovely lasagne and salad for our arrival.

Beatrice is fabulous

We asked for a cooking lesson with Beatrice and she did not disappoint! We learned how to make an authentic Italian dinner and sat at her kitchen table to eat it!! She speaks English very well and is a fantastic host. We recommend staying with Beatrice :)

Juste parfait !

La maison est agréable avec un joli patio pour manger. Béatrice est une hôte très sympathique. Elle a toujours répondu présente pour toutes nos demandes. Elle vous indiquera toutes les astuces pour visiter Rome et prépare même une délicieuse surprise malgré son emplois du temps. Le quartier est assez calme et la plage est à 10min en voiture avec des places gratuites. Aucun soucis, cette location est parfaite!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Wir haben eine schöne Woche hier verbracht. Zum Empfang gab es köstliche Lasagne und die Vermieterin war sehr nett und immer ansprechbar. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und liegt dicht am Meer. Die Gegend bietet zahlreiche Ausflugsziele, nicht nur nach Rom. Auto ist notwendig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Прекрасная квартира с верандой с видом на Альбанские холмы. Комфортно даже в жаркий день. Тихая улица, удобная для парковки. Радушные, гостеприимные хозяева. Прекрасный пляж в Торваянике в 5 минутах езды. 30 км до Рима. Удобное место, чтобы совместить релаксацию на пляже с посещением достопримечательностей Рима и окрестностей.

Very suuporting and carry owner,helpful with everything

We stayed in this property for 4th nights. Beatrice survived us during our travel form Rome to Ardea,picked from bus station by car. House is beautiful and our accommodation was nace and clean.She even provide umbrella to protect us from sun.Very friendly and helpful family. I fairly recommended this property if you want to have sea break

gute Wohnung nahe Rom

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet im Haus der Vermieterin. Supermärkte sind zu Fuß zu erreichen; für alles Andere ist ein Auto notwendig. Rom und Ostia Antica sind mit dem Auto super zu erreichen und die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfreich bei der Planung der Ausflüge. Es gibt einen Stern Abzug, weil die Wohnungseinrichtung schon etwas älter ist und wir bereits bessere Wohnungen im gleichen preislichen Niveau hatten. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung für Tagesausflüge nach Rom und in die Umgebung von Rom zu empfehlen.

appartement conforme à la description très propre et très bien situé. Accueil remarquable .La propriétaire parle très bien le francais et témoigne d'une grande qualité d'accueil et fait preuve de beaucoup de gentillesse à l'égard de ses hôtes. Elle nous avait, même, préparé le repas à notre arrivé. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir et nous conseillons vraiment cette location pour visiter ROME et profiter de la mer à quelques minutes pour se rafraîchir.

"Very nice and spacious house. Very close to a big supermarket with anything you may need (including fresh fish and seafood, good assortment of wine, delicious local ricotta and much more..). Big terrace very convenient for taking meals. 5 minutes driving to the sea. 20-30 minutes driving to Castel Romano outlet. Less than 1 hour driving to the lakes Albano and Nemi – worth to see. "On our arrival we were warmly welcomed by our hosts. The apartment was very spacious and very tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Our host provided us with maps and information about the area and the train service into Rome. We were able to park our car safely in the street. There was easy access to many sites of interest and the train station was only 25 mins away then 25 mins by train to the city. The area was quiet and the view towards the mountains from the front terrace was very relaxing. Beatrice was very helpful with any requests that we had. We feel that we have found some new friends here and would recommend this apartment to anyone."
