Beautiful apartment, located right in the center of San Sebastian, (Gros, Seat of Catalonia). Outer, very sunny, Free WI-FI and Air Conditioning, 150m from the Zurriola beach.
Beautiful and completely refurbished apartment in 2013, first stage without lift, with balcony and equipped with free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning system, frontal views to the park of the seat of Catalonia and lateral views to the beach of the Zurriola to 150m. Beach "La Concha" to 500 m.

Composed by a central outer-open and big kitchen, living/dining room, with a sofa. Two double rooms with 1,80m beds. Full bathroom with shower, and an independent WC. With a laundry room.

Car is not necessary, counts in its surroundings with bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Near the Cultural Center Kursaal, ideal to enjoy the beach, to do surf, to enjoy the gastronomy, etc.

Parking: Just in front 10m, Underground Paying Parking "Plaza Catalonia" and at 200m Underground Paying Parking " Txofre " , there are the option to leave the car at a free area and use the Bus to take the car.

With excellent communication links with Bilbao, Biarritz, Baiona and the charming surrounding towns and villages, such as Zarautz, Getaria, Fuenterrabía…

San Sebastian is located 20 km. from the French border, allowing trips to Hendaye, Biarritz, St. Jean de Luz ... in addition to coastal areas as Fuenterrabia, Zarauz, Guetaria or Zumaia, and even the Guggenheim museum in Bilbao. The basque country is a place of mountains, beaches and good food. The gastronomy compites in prominence with nature in this city known worldwide for its cuisine and chets, gathers 16 Michelin´s stars (Arzak, Berasategi, Subijana, Aduriz, Azurmendi).

Tradition and modernity in these small grand city with strokes of the Belle Epoque with its international festivals of cinema and jazz and its grand cultural programming.

Great location! Easy to use the Divi bikes right outside. Also near Sixt car rental. The apartment is large and clean with the 2 bedrooms and washer- perfect for 5 nights. We would definitely stay again. Having the park across the street and beach so close would be great for a family.

Flat was in a great location for exploring the city. We enjoyed the neighborhood feel and delicious breakfast spots close to the house. Close to the beach and walkable to everything.

Perfect place

We passed some days in San Sebastián. The apartment has all what is needed, it was clean ans everything worked well. The location is perfect, few meters from the beach, shops, bars, restaurants. It was not noisy, we slept very good. The owner is very nice, he gave us a lot of advice on places to eat and to go.

Our stay in San Sebastián was outstanding, the apartment was very modern, clean, comfortable and the location was perfect. Playground across the street on a beautiful square, tons of bars and restaurants, grocery stores and bakeries, all of great quality. And the beach three blocks away! I can’t wait to get back, and hopefully to this same unit. The hosts were great and very helpful, there is nothing negative I can say. The unit is on a second floor (no elevator), very easy stairs. There is one shower but two toilets and laundry. We were 4 and there were no issues with privacy or confort. The kitchen is very well equipped. One word: perfect!

Location!

Walkable to everything! We never used a taxi and hiked 2 mountains, went to the beaches, used the playground, went to a soccer game. Beautiful apartment and perfect location.

Wonderful place in a beautiful city

My family and I visit San Sebastián often and this is our favorite apartment of all we have seen. The location is lively with great restaurants and activities nearby, so close to the beach, and an easy walk to other, more touristy neighborhoods. My kids loved the playgrounds across the street and the nearby Txofre Plaza. The apartment itself is sunny, nicely renovated, and well-appointed. The host is lovely and attentive. Would highly recommend and hope to stay here again.

Fantastic week away in San Sebastian

We had a wonderful time in San Sebastian and couldn't of picked a better place to stay. It's location is great and you can see the beach from the balcony. If you want to cook the apartment is equipped of every cooking facilities you would need. The apartment is clean, fresh and modern will definitely recommend it to friends. The host Joseba is extremely friendly and gives great advice on restaurants etc.

No need to look any further, this is the best spot!

We loved this perfect little spot! We were two adults and two 12 year olds and this was a perfect fit. Joseba was the best host and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He was easy to communicate with and made us feel welcome. We took the bus in from Bilbao and it was only a ten min walk from the bus station. Perfectly located to walk everywhere. Also a plus, we found Es cafe on our block which had the most amazing breakfast. Highly recommend this spot!

Amazing location and apartment

The Gros neighborhood is a great location. Walkable to the old town for a fun night out, but quiet for getting some rest with our five year old. The apartment is two blocks from the beach, and there were beach toys, blankets and umbrellas in the apartment to use on the beach. Very helpful with a kiddo. Joseba is an incredibly kind and wonderful host. He gave us a great list of places to check out with kids, and also some of his favorite neighborhood places for pintxos. There is a playground right next door, and we were able to easily do laundry in the apartment. We had a great stay and hope to be back soon

Nice stay in San Sebastián

Very pleasant apartment in a great neighbourhood. Gros is a cool area of the town with a surfer beach a minute away - a fun beach for non surfers as well. A lot of great bakeries, cafés, restaurants… a short and pleasant walk to the old town and La Concha beach. The apartment had everything we needed, excellent kitchen, pleasant atmosphere and a nice view on the square and church. The host was great - very helpful, friendly and responsive. We felt very secure and had a lovely time.

The best accommodation in San Sebastian

Comfortable rooms overlooking a beautiful church. The square in front of the church is a place of relaxation for local residents, where children can be seen playing happily. The bright rooms are wonderfully decorated with a great sense of style and all the furnishings are in place. The owner and his wife, whom we met upon check-in, are truly lovely people. All of the bar recommendations given to us by the owners were excellent. The old town is only a 10 minute walk away. The neighborhood has great bars, restaurants, and charming stores and is the best place to live. It is a long way from Japan, but we will definitely visit again.
