Hi Wendy. Thankyou for your review, we are so pleased you thought the villa was beautiful and you had an amazing holiday. The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything we feel is needed including 8 saucepans 4 frying pans, 1 large porcelain oven dish, a set of 3 large Pyrex oven dishes as well as some small Pyrex dishes,slow cooker, mixing bowls, salad spinner and salad bowl,2 Pealla cooking pans, plenty of utensils, cups, cutlery, glasses, and so on. Our general feedback is that the kitchen is welll equipped with everything that is needed. However we will most definitely have a closer look to see if there’s anything else we can put in to improve it, it’s always good to get some constructive criticism feedback to keep our villa high spec, and to it’s best potential. we pride ourselves to make all of a our guests happy and fullfilled. May I mention should you have needed anything extra you could have contacted me and one of our management team would have been more than happy to assist you by bringing to you what was needed. Thankyou for your review and pleased to hear your stay was fine. We do offer a parking space internal to the property boundaries which can accommodate a family saloon car (ford focus for example) Thete is also ample of parking space directly outside the property.

Hi Brian Were are pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay and liked the villa. With regards to the pool table we did let you know a couple of days before your arrival there was an issue with it and mafrnyou aware that the company that was repairing it probably wouldn't be able to get it fixed during your stay as they was fully booked. up. Hi Joanne Many thanks for your kind words regarding the space and layout of Villa Samantha Elizabeth. We are always delighted to hear that guests have enjoyed the outdoor areas. Sorry to hear your dissatisfaction with the check out. Regarding the cleaner and family, we are a team that come in at the end of a guests stay and prepare the villa for the next. We arrived 20 minutes ahead of check out to address a small issue where our presence kept us in the front corner of the front outdoors area. We are sorry to hear that you perceived this as a pressure to depart. That was never our intention and we would have gladly waited outside for the last few minutes of your stay had you indicated that was your wish. We really enjoyed chatting with you and your lovely family until your departure at around 10.20am. In regards to the standard of cleaning, we would have happily looked to resolve any issues you had as and when you found them. We are somewhat bemused by this, as in the communications that was had during your stay it was our perception that everything was fine, and on the day of departure we did ask if you had found anything that needed attention, and nothing had arisen. Finally we would like to say a huge thanks to you and your family for taking such good care of the villa and leaving it in such good order. We hope to see you again. Kind regards

Hi Lynn. I’m pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay, however I’m sorry to learn that you didn’t feel that the bbq wasn’t suitable to use. Did you inform Dave and Sally who look after the villa as I’m sure that would have been more than happy to accommodate your needs.. I’ll look into this matter to make sure future guests don’t face the same disappointment.
