Comfortable apartment with capacity for 4 people. It has a private terrace with views of the Roses Bay. It is situated in the urban center of Roses, nearby there are all kinds of shops and restaurants where you can enjoy the best fresh fish and seafood from Roses. The sandy beach is just at 150 meters and it's one with the most crystalline waters of the Girona Coast. Ideal to enjoy in family or with friends of the multiple possibilities that offers la Costa Brava.
We would like to inform you of some important details to make your stay as comfortable as possible



COMMUNICATION BY WS: It is essential to have ws, as it is our main means of contact. Through this application we will send you the link to complete the online check-in.



ONLINE CHECK-IN: This process is quick and easy. It consists of: Filling in the details of all the occupants, paying the remaining balance (pets, tourist tax, etc.) and signing the digital contract.



By checking in online, you authorize our agency to charge the amount as a deposit by credit card in the event of misuse of the accommodation. This charge will always be made on the invoice for the damages caused.

Appartement bien placé mais un peu bruyant le soir

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Rosas. L'appartement est spacieux pour 4 personnes et propre. Dommage qu'il manquait quelques petites choses essentielles (pas de sèche-cheveux, pas de vrai four dans la cuisine et aucun produit d'hygiène à disposition, pas de volets dans le salon et celui de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas). Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas d'arrangement sur les heures d'arrivées et de départ malgré la basse saison.

geschirrspüler, waschmachine und trockner defekt!!!!! türen nicht zu schliessen,küchentüre nicht vorhanden!!! schiebetüren nur mit gewalt zu öffnen,markiesen defekt und zerfetzt.sonnenliegen nicht vorhanden.wohnung in der 5 etage aufzug nur bis 4 etage !!!! vorhänge ein scherz.
