Situated in the heart of Kyrenia town, surrounded by the local community and within walking distance of the old Kyrenia Harbour - with supermarkets and other facility within easy reach. This beautiful 4 bedroom and 4 ensuites luxury villa with private pool, is a perfect place to be situated if you wish to be near the best beaches and restaurants that Northern Cyprus has to offer. The interior is of the highest standards starting at the entrance with the marble floor entrance on the ground floor and leading up the stairs and landing. All bedrooms only have their own en-suites shower rooms and A/C units. One shower room on the ground floor has been adapted for the less able bodied. The kitchen is of modern contemporary design which should keep the cook in the family happy for hours. Our lounge is large in size, with a smart flat screen internet TV mounted on the wall. For those guests who wish to visit in the winter months we have also a screened glass log fireplace, which you can snuggle up in front of on the large L-shaped sofa. Leading off the kitchen you will have access to your alfresco outside dining area which can seat up to 8 - 10 people, so plenty of room for your friends if you decide to cook on our outside barbecue. The pool is also located to the side of the villa, with its own seating area and then you may wish to soak up those sun rays on our sunbathing area with enough sun loungers for all the family.

Lots of great beaches in the local vancinity and are easy to get to via car, bus or taxi's.

Many restaurants, bar and shopping to be had right on your doorstep.
