Beautiful villa with 4 luminous bedrooms, 3 complete bathrooms, a spacious living-dining room, with comfortable armchairs and a fireplace that gives a touch of distinction to the atmosphere, it also has a television and a delicate decoration. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a view of the garden and swimming pool is also remarkable.



If you wish to enjoy the outdoors, there is furniture, sun loungers and a parasol where you can relax by the pool or enjoy the outdoor dining area near the barbecue, the place is ideal for summer evenings.



Puig de Ros is located in the southeast of Palma, with a life of its own, its calm and quiet environment makes it ideal for families but only 10 minutes by car from the Playa de Palma known for its leisure area. Puig de Ros is ideal for cycling and excursions along the cliffs.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.



This house has air conditioning in all rooms and common areas and all of them have a heat pump, which can be used as heating in winter.



Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.



Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.



Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.

Great location for a reasonable price

We stayed for a week with a group of friends and had a really good time here! Everything was clean, communication with the agency was easy and the garden with pool is really worth to spend the day! A bus/taxi stop and especially a very good equipped supermarket is a 2 minutes walk from the house! Would definitely stay here again!

Great villa for a family

Very clean. Not much to do within walking distance. A small row of bars and supermarket 5 minutes away but everything else required a bus which was easy to get to.

Great place

Great place, very clean, very well kept, and spacious. Great communication by host with check-in information, response to questions. Villa was located right next to a supermarket which was amazing, conditions of house were all superb, and pool was a great touch. Plus, electricity was essentially taken care of -unless you overuse it a lot which-. Definitely would recommend to anyone interested Only thing is that it was farther from the city so if you plan on being in the city, car rental may be necessary as taxis are expensive.

Perfect place for groupfamily but disappointed by the company managing the property

Very comfortable place with a very nice swimming pool. The house is very close to other houses and you cannot stay outside too long at night without annoying the neighbors. Be careful to the electricity surcharge and take pictures of all the documents you are supposed to sign because they lost mine and did not want to refund the deposit until the forms were re-sent by all people present during the stay.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry if your overall experience with our agency has not been as good as desired, however let me explain the reason behind this forms. The Police requires us to get the forms signed so we make sure to get them filled and delivered before your arrival so you just have to sign them at the villa and we collect them after your departure. If you do not sign them all, then we send them by email which is a bit of a complication as it requires you to print them, sign them and then scan and send back. We try to make things easier for our guests but it does not work for all of them.

Great space, clean and comfortable

The house is very spacious. The beds are very comfortable. Everything is clean and the only thing missing was an extra ceramic bowl we could have used for the microwave. Also, the oven knobs have no marking remaining, which made it a bit tricky to figure out the temp, etc. but otherwise, the kitchen had everything we needed (you do need to come with all your favorite spices, incl. salt & sugar, as there isn't any when you first arrive). The washer worked very well, and unless it rained, the laundry dried in a few hours on the lines attached to the side of the house. The house is walking distance to the supermarket where you can find everything you need, and a pharmacy. It is barely a 10 min drive to El Arenal. Unfortunately, it was too cold for us to enjoy the pool. We were able to turn the heat on in the house when it got really cold outside. We will definitely try to come back next year! Thank you.

Nichts für große Gruppen

Die Villa war recht geräumig, schöner Aussenbereich. Infrastruktur wie Supermarkt und Bars sowie Bushaltestelle fussläufug zu erreichen. Allerdings würde ich diese Villa nicht mehr mit Freunden mieten.

Sehr zufrieden

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. War alles so wie beschrieben. Die Villa war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden. Der Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke und die Busverbindung zum Strand s’Arenal war auch super.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir waren zu 6. und es hat an nichts gefehlt! Angefangen bei einer kleinen Willkommensüberraschung, über die nette und schnelle Kommunikation bis hin zur Lage des Hauses waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Unterkunft ist für 6 Leute von der Größe her mehr als ausreichend. Der Pool war immer sauber, die Gegend sehr ruhig und die Küche super ausgestattet. -

La casa es amplia aunque da sensacion de estar poco mantenida, faltaban copas, los cristales estaban sucios y el cesped era inexistente, se habia secado por falta de riego y cuidado. La piscina con fondo se arena importante. Bombillas fundifas. Si bien, todo los repararon rapidamente al notificar el problema. -

Tolle haus!

Wir fanden das Haus sehr geräumig, die Küche sauber und den Pool, sowie die Außenanlage sehr schön. Die Klimaanlage war zudem sehr wichtig und zuverlässig. Genauso wie die einfache Kommunikation zum Vermieter. Sehr schöner Urlaub. -
