About this property

Fully equipped garden-level studio (F1) at Villa du Golfe in La Ciotat, with a furnished terrace (dining area, relaxation area, etc.), peaceful and surrounded by greenery, just steps from the “Grande Plage” (only one street to cross). This proximity to the beach is extremely convenient.

The 27 m² studio is independent (separate entrance) and has a private terrace. Contemporary décor. Parking space inside the property, with the possibility to store bicycles, windsurf boards, etc.

The apartment includes a living room with kitchen and a separate bedroom with a Queen-size bed (160 cm) and an ensuite shower room. Separate toilet.
Free Wi-Fi, reversible air conditioning.

Neighborhood: A lively and attractive seaside residential area, full of life, with its beaches, café terraces and strolling visitors. A car is not essential.
There are many local shops: bakeries, pastry shops, hairdressers, pharmacy, post office with ATM, fishmonger/caterer, newsagent, mini-market, wine shop, delicatessen, etc. Numerous restaurants, beach snack bars, crêperie, pizzeria.

A market is held on the port every Sunday morning, and a night market takes place every summer evening.
Supermarkets are 5 minutes away by car.
Nearby: water sports equipment rentals, seaside promenade… mattress and parasol rentals on the beach.

Séjour agréable à 50 m de la mer

Appartement bien situé même pour des vacances de février, point de départ idéal pour visiter Sanary, Bandol, Cassis, les Calanques, Marseille.... et pour les sportifs la mer à 50m, et de belles randonnées.

Les pieds dans l'eau

On ne peut que recommander le studio de la Villa du Golfe; idéalement situé devant la Grande Plage, on y manque de rien car très bien agencé et équipé. Un grand merci à notre hôte qui a été fort agréable.

Formidable

Studio de tout confort et très propre. Propriétaire très agréable. A deux pas de la plage, proche de toutes commodités. Restaurant, commerces. Le marché du dimanche matin et magnifique. De belles ballades à vélo ou à pied. Notre séjour a était magique.

Vacances avec soleil assuré

Le logement est parfait avec une place sécurisante pour la voiture. Les propriétaires n’y sont pour rien mais la ciotat reste une plage où même à 9h du matin la plage est déjà bondée.

Un logement parfait !

Logement très bien situé, propre et aménagé avec goût. Équipement complet, la terrasse et le coin détente sont des atouts, tout comme la climatisation et le stationnement privé plus que nécéssaire en période estivale. Le propriétaire est accueillant et de bons conseils. Nous avons passé une agréable séjour.

Très agréable séjour

Venus en couple nous avons passé une excellente semaine. La location était propre, lumineuse, bien rangée et décorée. La climatisation, ainsi que le jardin privé ont été très appréciés en cet été. La plage est à 30 secondes, même si celle-ci est vite remplie nous avons toujours réussi à nous installer à deux. Nous avons pu profiter des commerces aux alentours, boulangerie, glaces, gaufres, pizza... par contre le vieux port où se trouve le marché est assez loin (20/30min à pieds). Nous avons aussi visité les calanques de la ciotat (45min à pieds de la résidence), c’était magnifique. Et du vieux port nous sommes allés sur l’île verte, qui était incroyable. Enfin, la place de parking est très appréciable. Étant donné le nombre de touriste nous n’avions pas à nous inquiéter de trouver une place en rentrant, cela nous a permis de visiter les villes voisines, de partir faire de l’accrobranche, nager dans un parc aquatique, aller aux fêtes foraines, de profiter d’une location de bateau à Cassis... Le final de ce séjour a était le feu d’artifice sur la plage, que j’ai adoré. Pour finir, les propriétaires ont toujours été très réactifs et l’accueil a été agréable. Je recommande cette location.

Posizione ottimale

Monolocale situato in una villa fronte mare, ben arredato molto ben accessoriato. Ben pulito, direi delizioso. Unico neo se così si può dire, le lenzuola avevano delle macchie, si vedeva che erano state lavata e probabilmente non erano venute via, per il resto tutto perfetto

Ciao Elena, Le lenzuola sono professionalmente lavate, disinfettate e messe a disposizione degli inquilini piegate sul letto e sono impeccabili. Nessun dubbio sulla loro pulizia. Inizialmente controlliamo le anomalie per segnalarle. Peccato che questo foglio sia sfuggito alla nostra vigilanza.

We have ceased working and live on the waterfront year-round. The climate at La Ciotat is excellent, the temperature is mild, and the sky is blue three quarters of the time.

Why they chose this property

The villa is vast and every house is independent, with entrance, garden and terrace. The "Big beach" of Ciotat is situated in front of the villa. This beach is very pleasant and slopes, without holes of water, without dangerous currents. Possibility rent deckchair and parasol. The water is clear and crystal clear. Ideal family.

What makes this property unique

The sea is two steps away.
(The Villa is in front of the beach). The promenade from the waterfront to the harbour runs in front of it. Weather is mild and sunny for three quarters of the year.
