In one of the best location of Marbella, few steps from supermarkets, shops, restaurants, 100 meters from a sandy beach with the pedestrian & bike seaside walkway, and at walking distance from Marbella historical city center.
The Jardines del Mar complex has a 24 hrs. reception desk with a physical porter and night security, a mature tropical garden with lawn and trees, large swimming pool with a separate children’s pool, as well as a relax area with sunbeds. Parking is for communal use, no apartment has exclusive or reserved use of any parking space. While it cannot be guarantee, It is usually easy to find parking space available and during peak season we would recommend to ensure your car is parked before evening.
APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:
On the sixth floor with a south orientation, the apartment has been completely renovated in 2016 and interior designed to the highest standard.
The apartment includes 1 living room, 1 bedroom , 2 bathroom with a large roofed terrace facing the garden. It has 4 closet, free WiFi, full heating and air conditioning, with a total property surface of 53 sq.m.
The living area includes a modern and fully equipped open-plan kitchen, equipped with an induction cooking plate, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, oven and microwave. The dining/living area includes a table for 4, 2 leather armchairs, 1 sofa bed, flat screen TV with a DVD player as well as direct access to the terrace.
The bedroom with its own exit to the terrace, has a 150 cm. double bed and a fully integrated closet. The in suite master bathroom have WC, bidet, washbasin and shower.
A second guest bathroom have a WC, washbasin and a built-in washing machine.
The 15 sq.m, roofed terrace complete with 2 electrical canopies, is furnished with table, 4 chairs and sunbed. It is south oriented with an unobstructed view of the garden and a glance to the sea.
The guests are assisted by a local english speaking agent.
