About Heather Allen
This is a family affair! The property was purchased in 2006 by our parents and grandparents. Due to circumstances, the cabin could not be built until last year, completed in 2015. We (my siblings, parents, and grandparents) pooled together and started the construction process in 2014. It is finally done! My siblings live in Los Angeles, and the rest of us live in Las Vegas. The property title is in my sister's name, and I (Heather) have decided to run the rental side of it.
Heather Allen purchased this Cabin in 2014
Why Heather Allen chose Brian Head
My grandparents had a cabin in Braffit's Creek, UT, 10 miles from Brian Head. We had a lot of great family moments at that cabin. But, we couldn't get to it during the winter and it was small. So, that prompted looking elsewhere. Duck Creek seemed great, but busy! Brian Head has more of a local, rural feel, that is also not too far away from many wonderful activities. We designed the cabin (my grandfather is a retired architect and my father works in construction) to hold a large extended family.
What makes this Cabin unique
4 summers ago, we rented a cabin west of Cedar City (using VRBO) and we decided to drive up and see the property in Brian Head. We went on this amazing hike, not far from the property, that wandered through a valley of wildflowers! It was beyond beautiful: 65 degrees, a creek, and pond. It made us think... we could do this! Build the cabin we had wanted, large enough for an extended family, and to off set the costs - rent it out when we were not using it. Through the whole building process, we have seen the seasons. Fall is gorgeous, cool weather, but color on the trees. The snow is just majestic, and we experienced many days of deep snow but sunny weather. I can't wait to see the wildflowers again!

Awesome property and service!
We had 4 families, with 8 adults and 10 small children. All had a blast and the location is excellent. Heather communicated well throughout the process. This is our second year renting and we hope to return next year!
Great Family Vacation
We have rented homes for the last four years in Brian Head and this one is newer and fully stocked with everything we needed. Beautiful home with views of Giant Steps. The kids kept busy during the storm and hung out in the lower level game room. The owner. Heather, was very responsive when we had any questions, which is always a plus. Thank you and we hope to come back again.
Super Bowl Weekend!
This cabin is truly amazing it has it all! Location, views, games, etc., we had a blast!
Another wonderful stay
We have stayed at at this beautiful cabin before but I have to write this review
just to show how impress I'm with the owner.
we were scheduled to arrive on Dec 7 and even knowing there is very little snow
we were planning to go anyway, few days before our trip Heather contacted me and suggested
we consider new dates in hope for better snow and after talking to my family members we decided to go on January 18 and guess what ,18"of snow that weekend :) it was so beautiful
So it was more important for Heather that customer has a great weekend then collecting
revenue on the earlier date
As long as Heather will rent this cabin I'm customer for life
Lovely property. Our family was extremely comfortable. The home is gorgeous. I loved the views and the kitchen had everything you could imagine to make great meals. Nothing was missed. We plan to return for another winter vacation in the future.
Everything was absolutely amazing. We will be back again. Thank you Heather.
