Cosy house with private swimming pool located in a very quiet residential area, just 9 km from the beach and the centre of Lloret de Mar. This house is ideal for enjoying a family holiday on the Costa Brava!
Maximum capacity for 8 people.
Outdoor area with private swimming pool, a large covered terrace with table and chairs where you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts and meals by the pool, enjoying beautiful mountain views. The outdoor area also has a barbecue and spacious parking (uncovered).
Indoor area with living-dining room with TV, equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher), two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, two bathrooms and a toilet. Free WiFi.
Pets accepted only upon prior request and with a supplement.
This property is only for families. Bookings for young people under 35 are not accepted.
- Bed linen and towels are not included. Cost 8 euros/person/bed linen and
8 euros/person/towels.
- Cot and high chair: 5 euros/day/cot, 5 euros/day/high chair
Conditions for groups
- In the case of group bookings, a deposit of 150 euros/person must be paid in cash at the agency, which will be refunded one week after departure by bank transfer. Celebrations are totally prohibited, as well as making noise after 21:00h. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.

The check-in and check-out will be carried out at our office in Lloret: Av. Vila de Tossa, no. 80 Lloret de Mar (Girona)

Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax (7 euros/adults) which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.
