Alerio C203 is a three bedroom, two full bath unit on the second floor of the BRAND NEW Alerio complex in Miramar Beach, Florida. An on-site check-in office offers an added convenience factor to this amenity-filled community. A community pool, community hot tub, and deeded beach access guarantee a luxurious stay in this new community that is already making a name for itself.

This unit features a Master Suite with a private bath, as well as a bedroom with two twins, a bunk room with a set of twin-over-full bunks with a twin trundle, and a sleeper sofa. The sleeping total for the property is 10 and the bunk room and bedroom with two twins share a full bath off the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless Amana appliances, chef-grade knives, a dual toaster, and a Cuisinart coffeemaker. The living room is complete with a flat screen TV, a Sony Bluray player, and a sleeper sofa. Just off of the living room, the private balcony features a small al fresco dinning area for enjoying meals outdoors.

Miramar Beach is known for its fine dining and high-end shopping, as well as the white sand beaches and warm, turquoise waters. Destin, Sandestin, and 30A are all easily accessible and attractions can be found lining Highway 98. Experience the splendor of Alerio C203 today!
