Our house is located in the Fairway Ridge South area of Reunion, in the heart of the resort. Reunion has become one of the most prestigious locations for rental properties in Central Orlando.

Overlooking the Tee and Fairway of the 2nd hole of the Jack Nicklaus course, this fabulous home provides east facing views over Reunion's sprawling landscape.

Within easy reach of all of the theme parks and major routes, you are just 12 minutes away from Walt Disney World (5.5 miles).

The luxurious Resort includes a choice of upscale communal pools and 3 PGA golf courses, along with a selection of high quality dining options from gourmet bistro, to family snacks and cocktails.

The home offers everything a family could wish for, including a family lounge area, TVs in every bedroom, 120" screen home theater with 9 leather cinema chairs, a games area in the upstairs loft including Pool Table, Foosball, TV, DVD player, PS4 games console, WiFi.

New for 2020 the property has full Reunion Resort facilities access, water park access with floats, lounge chairs, and umbrellas, as well as unlimited access to 11 community pools throughout the resort; access to three Signature Golf Courses, luxury Spa & salon, tennis centre (some items additional charge). All for the daily resort fee of $50 (compulsory).

Please note only properties with full membership can offer access to any of these facilities.

The design of this home ensures that every one of your guests can appreciate their quality time together, yet enjoy their own privacy and fun, whenever they need. A family area is centered around a spacious open layout with pool views through the large sliding doors. A comfortable lounge area includes a large LCD TV for guests to relax in style and catch up with the latest cable TV shows. A 10 seat dining table takes care of those formal meals and a breakfast bar offers the perfect spot for a light snack or favorite breakfast to start your day. (Large grocery stores are only minutes away from the resort, to help you keep your favorite ingredients well stocked in your fully equipped kitchen!)

Upstairs, the home's loft area offers a great place for teens to enjoy their precious games console fun, play pool and foosball or to watch a DVD without disturbing others.

Fabulous!

We’ve stayed at this property for a month at a time for the past 3 years and have already booked for next year! Home is very comfortable and is nicely appointed. We enjoy the movie room and relaxing by the pool. Jeeves is very attentive to any issues and dealing with the homeowner is always a pleasure. I would Highly recommend!

Great Spot in Reunion

House was great for our family of 10. Pool and theater took center stage for our trip. We were able to paly footgolf, which was a hit for all, and hit the waterpark most every day. Loved it! Thank you.

Fantastic Family Getaway - Highly Recommended!

Our stay at this exceptional vacation home was truly memorable. It was the perfect spot for our family vacation. What impressed us most was the cleanliness of the entire property. The house was well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The theater room was a highlight for our group, providing the perfect space for relaxation. It quickly became our go-to spot for unwinding and spending quality time together. The thoughtful layout of the home provided a perfect balance between shared family spaces and privacy. The loft area, complete with a pool table and gaming system, quickly became a favorite hangout spot for our boys. Bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, are conveniently located surrounding the loft area; while downstairs there is another bedroom suite and living space for us as parents to unwind. It truly was the perfect vacation home for our family! The owner, John, was a delight to work with and was very responsive throughout the process. Overall, we would highly recommend this outstanding property to anyone looking for an unforgettable family getaway. 50th Anniversary celebration

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful 5 bedroom home. It was exactly as described in the listing. We were travelling with our entire family and grandchildren and the large interior really worked out great. Nice covered area outside by the pool. Conveniently, we used the barbeque a number of times also. Everything was very clean upon arrival. Owner responded very quickly whenever we had a question. Reunion Resort has a very nice water park and also larger pools that can be enjoyed by all. Beautiful area.

Amazing Home

This is an amazing home, there were 6 of us and we had all the room we needed and then some. Home was clean, communication from owner was great as he checked in mid-stay to make sure everything was acceptable. We will definitely book this home again in the future.

3 Time stay

This is our 3rd time staying at this location and this house never disappoints. It’s super clean and modern and each year we see more and more improvements added, new ceiling fans, upgraded TVs, and even a keurig machine. We go with our 2 children in their 20s and their friends. Everyone has plenty of space and the suites are gorgeous! The pool and hot tub are absolutely perfect and we spend the whole day outside. The theater room is our absolute favorite and every night is movie night. We definitely plan on staying here again next year, it’s a quiet area but close to all the restaurants and stores and is very safe and all the conveniences from home and some luxury. Lots of wildlife to look at in the backyard as well. Absolutely love it and the manager is great to work with.

All the Comforts of Home!

One word to describe this property - PERFECT! We rented this property for 8 weeks and have reserved already for next year. This home is spotless, beds and furniture are comfy and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make a a small breakfast or dinner for the family. The movie room is incredible and was enjoyed by all. We relaxed by the pool daily and it was great not to have to drive to one of the community pools. The location is convenient to shopping, restaurants, golf and Disney. Working with John, the host, was a pleasure and he promptly answered any questions we had regarding the property. Jeeves was also quick to respond when we had a question. We are looking forward to our stay next year!

Very fun and spacious

This property is a very fun place for extended family or a small group. It has full five bedrooms and five bathrooms, three of those bedrooms are king suites. The house itself is well laid out, to give everyone privacy. There is a game room on the second floor, and the theater room on the main floor. The theater room is super cool! However… You will need to use your own streaming services, which was fine, except that the neighborhood Internet was not great while we were there. Also, if you want to bring your own DVDs, that's a better plan. The property has a pool with an attached spa, and count on paying extra to heat, said pool and spa, unless it's summer and you don't need it. We weren't able to use it because we didn't ask for heat for the spa until the second to the last day, and we were told by the rental company there's a five day minimum.

Everyone on the trip got sick due to the mold. There was mold in all of the duct work from the HVAC units and in the HVAC closets. There was no cellular service or internet for 6/8 nights. There was limited resources (basic cleaning supplies) for the kitchen/bathroom/household. We would like to discuss our experience with someone.

Great place for the family

Really enjoyed our time at this house! Great neighborhood in good location. Was exactly as described. Movie room and pool on site was great. Did not use the resort pools but they looked nice. Did take advantage of the gym…it was adequate for vacation. Water park is great for smaller kids. Large master suites, nice to have a bathroom connected to each bedroom. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay!!!!!

Our 10 day vacation was absolutely THE BEST. Upon arrival, the house was EXACTLY as shown online. Not only that, the home was the cleanest property we've ever rented...hands down!!! Not a speck of dirt was evident; the floors were immaculate. No cobwebs on the balconies or patio furniture. John, our host, answered all of my questions in a very timely manner. Big beach towels are in the laundry room so leave yours at home. Bed are comfy. The theater room is nice for watching movies. We couldn't have asked for a better house and would most definitely stay here again!! The Magee family

Beautiful clean home close to Disney

The house is beautiful and very clean. It has everything you need. We stayed with our 9 month and 2 year old and they had all the kiddos necessities. The pool and outdoor area was wonderful. The pool had some debris likely from a storm and we contacted the owner is the pool was immediately cleaned - they were always quick to respond to any questions we had. It is super close to Disney and the entire surrounding neighborhood is gorgeous and has everything you need. We also enjoyed the amenities it offered such as mini golf and the waterpark! It was definitely a home away from home. We would highly recommend this home.

Nice getaway

Enjoyed our week long stay with family and friends. Home was as described with spacious living and bedrooms. A few things to note: Outdoor pool and outside space is small There is a pool alarm that has to be shut off each time you go in and out of the house. I understand it is legally required so not much you can do about it but it certainly is not convenient. I would recommend a few more large plastic cups. There were only 3-4 and with most of our time spent around the pool that would have been nice. The property manager provides minimal cleaning supplies such as dishwasher, laundry, trash bags, paper towel and toilet paper and if you have a full house you will need more. I didn’t know ahead of time that the use of the garage wasn’t available. It would have been nice to store golf clubs in there. Minor things just to be aware of before you arrive.

We had a great time. The house was wonderful. The only complaint was not able to turn a/c down below 72. Needed to be cooler.

This home was perfect for our Disney vacation. Everything was sparkling clean, the pool was perfect, and the hot tub provided a nice way to recover from busy days at the parks! We would definitely recommend this wonderful home to others. It was excellent!

BEST VACATION EVER!!!

Wow!! I’m a total freak when it comes to cleanliness and this property did not disappoint! Beyond that, there is everything you could ever want in a vacation home, from cooking utensils, plates, cups, gadgets you name it they had it! The beds were the most comfortable ever! We didn’t want to leave this property! We will MOST CERTAINLY be back again, and soon! We are a family of 6, mostly young adults and one teenager. If you just wanted to stay on property you have all the fun in the world! The community was quiet, safe and ever so peaceful! Honestly, BEST VACATION EVER ❤️
