Our house is located in the Fairway Ridge South area of Reunion, in the heart of the resort. Reunion has become one of the most prestigious locations for rental properties in Central Orlando.

Overlooking the Tee and Fairway of the 2nd hole of the Jack Nicklaus course, this fabulous home provides east facing views over Reunion's sprawling landscape.

Within easy reach of all of the theme parks and major routes, you are just 12 minutes away from Walt Disney World (5.5 miles).

The luxurious Resort includes a choice of upscale communal pools and 3 PGA golf courses, along with a selection of high quality dining options from gourmet bistro, to family snacks and cocktails.

The home offers everything a family could wish for, including a family lounge area, TVs in every bedroom, 120" screen home theater with 9 leather cinema chairs, a games area in the upstairs loft including Pool Table, Foosball, TV, DVD player, PS4 games console, WiFi.

New for 2020 the property has full Reunion Resort facilities access, water park access with floats, lounge chairs, and umbrellas, as well as unlimited access to 11 community pools throughout the resort; access to three Signature Golf Courses, luxury Spa & salon, tennis centre (some items additional charge). All for the daily resort fee of $50 (compulsory).

Please note only properties with full membership can offer access to any of these facilities.

The design of this home ensures that every one of your guests can appreciate their quality time together, yet enjoy their own privacy and fun, whenever they need. A family area is centered around a spacious open layout with pool views through the large sliding doors. A comfortable lounge area includes a large LCD TV for guests to relax in style and catch up with the latest cable TV shows. A 10 seat dining table takes care of those formal meals and a breakfast bar offers the perfect spot for a light snack or favorite breakfast to start your day. (Large grocery stores are only minutes away from the resort, to help you keep your favorite ingredients well stocked in your fully equipped kitchen!)

Upstairs, the home's loft area offers a great place for teens to enjoy their precious games console fun, play pool and foosball or to watch a DVD without disturbing others.

When we first arrived the pool and hot tub were not hot. I had paid for them to be heated , We reported it and the repairs were taken care of promptly. After that the pool and hot tub worked very well. We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was clean and comfortable. We didn’t utilize the water park as the family really liked just enjoying the pool. We did spend 2 of the 7 days at Disney. The parks were not very far away so that was nice. The owner of the property was great to work with and always responded promptly to any concerns. The house had the kitchen equipment we needed but no supplies. We did enjoy the 2kinds of coffee makers.
The pool looks over the golf coarse.

Great Spot in Reunion

House was great for our family of 10. Pool and theater took center stage for our trip. We were able to paly footgolf, which was a hit for all, and hit the waterpark most every day. Loved it! Thank you.

Amazing Home

This is an amazing home, there were 6 of us and we had all the room we needed and then some. Home was clean, communication from owner was great as he checked in mid-stay to make sure everything was acceptable. We will definitely book this home again in the future.

Fabulous!

We’ve stayed at this property for a month at a time for the past 3 years and have already booked for next year! Home is very comfortable and is nicely appointed. We enjoy the movie room and relaxing by the pool. Jeeves is very attentive to any issues and dealing with the homeowner is always a pleasure. I would Highly recommend!

This was our 4th stay and never disappoints!! We absolutely love this house and location. It’s got plenty of room for everyone to spread out and find something to do. The pool & hot tub are amazing, and then after family dinner we would all settle in the theater room to watch movies. The place is clean, safe, and everything you need to enjoy your stay they have thought of. John & the Jeeves crew are incredibly helpful & awesome to deal with and respond to inquiries immediately. This was our longest stay and we were already planning on coming back again next year. The location is a quick drive to the theme parks or the beach but far enough away to relax. The area close has built up and every restaurant & store you can imagine is just a few minutes away. Highly recommend and cannot say enough good things.

Wonderful rental!

This property was fantastic- excellent location within Reunion Resort, a short distance away from Disney and Universal. The pool and hot tub were clean and a pool alarm gives peace of mind for those with young kids. Functional, spacious kitchen. Great amenities for older kids and adults (home theatre, pool table, foosball). Private bathroom for each bedroom was a treat. Great communication with host. A gem!

50th Anniversary celebration

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful 5 bedroom home. It was exactly as described in the listing. We were travelling with our entire family and grandchildren and the large interior really worked out great. Nice covered area outside by the pool. Conveniently, we used the barbeque a number of times also. Everything was very clean upon arrival. Owner responded very quickly whenever we had a question. Reunion Resort has a very nice water park and also larger pools that can be enjoyed by all. Beautiful area.

Excellent Property in a beautiful location

This is our 4th trip to Orlando as a family, but the best property we have stayed in by some distance. The area upon which it is located is fabulous, with easy access to shops, restaurants and parks. The house has everything you need, everything is well equipped, pool is a good size for our family, the whole house was very clean. The area is very quiet, so no disturbances and we went the end of June for 11 nights. The space in house is huge and all the facilities within are of a very high standard. The cinema room was great for relaxing in the evenings also. The owner was very responsive to our needs and I would have no problem in recommending as a brilliant location for families.

All the Comforts of Home!

One word to describe this property - PERFECT! We rented this property for 8 weeks and have reserved already for next year. This home is spotless, beds and furniture are comfy and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make a a small breakfast or dinner for the family. The movie room is incredible and was enjoyed by all. We relaxed by the pool daily and it was great not to have to drive to one of the community pools. The location is convenient to shopping, restaurants, golf and Disney. Working with John, the host, was a pleasure and he promptly answered any questions we had regarding the property. Jeeves was also quick to respond when we had a question. We are looking forward to our stay next year!

3 Time stay

This is our 3rd time staying at this location and this house never disappoints. It’s super clean and modern and each year we see more and more improvements added, new ceiling fans, upgraded TVs, and even a keurig machine. We go with our 2 children in their 20s and their friends. Everyone has plenty of space and the suites are gorgeous! The pool and hot tub are absolutely perfect and we spend the whole day outside. The theater room is our absolute favorite and every night is movie night. We definitely plan on staying here again next year, it’s a quiet area but close to all the restaurants and stores and is very safe and all the conveniences from home and some luxury. Lots of wildlife to look at in the backyard as well. Absolutely love it and the manager is great to work with.

Review

Everyone on the trip got sick due to the mold. There was mold in all of the duct work from the HVAC units and in the HVAC closets. There was no cellular service or internet for 6/8 nights. There was limited resources (basic cleaning supplies) for the kitchen/bathroom/household. We would like to discuss our experience with someone.

Fantastic Family Getaway - Highly Recommended!

Our stay at this exceptional vacation home was truly memorable. It was the perfect spot for our family vacation. What impressed us most was the cleanliness of the entire property. The house was well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The theater room was a highlight for our group, providing the perfect space for relaxation. It quickly became our go-to spot for unwinding and spending quality time together. The thoughtful layout of the home provided a perfect balance between shared family spaces and privacy. The loft area, complete with a pool table and gaming system, quickly became a favorite hangout spot for our boys. Bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, are conveniently located surrounding the loft area; while downstairs there is another bedroom suite and living space for us as parents to unwind. It truly was the perfect vacation home for our family! The owner, John, was a delight to work with and was very responsive throughout the process. Overall, we would highly recommend this outstanding property to anyone looking for an unforgettable family getaway. With its fantastic amenities, pristine condition, and ideal location, we can't wait to return for another amazing vacation!
