This is a spacious and recently refurbished flat (everything is new !) in one of the most desirable areas of London. I have lived in this area for over 25 years and am inspired by the style , beauty and accessibility of the area. The property is 5 minutes from Hyde Park and the Serpentine lake and is served with great transport connections such as numerous bus routes and 2 main train stations in Paddington and Lancaster Gate. For overseas travellers Paddington connects to Heathrow via the Heathrow Express which gets you to the airport in 15 minutes.The area is rich in history and very cosmopolitan. Notting Hill and Portobello Market is 10 mins walk and the West End is again only another 10 minutes away. The flat inside is spacious , light and comfortable with access to a patio garden. I love my plants and outside I've got bamboo, olive trees, bay trees, palms and tree ferns all helping to create an atmosphere of tranquility and harmony. The flat is at the back of the house with no traffic noise so a good night sleep is assured

Terrific apratment, ideal location
Three couple just spent 4 nights in this terrific apartment -- and had a marvelous time. The apartment is well-appointed, comfortable, clean, and looks just like the photos. The location was perfect for us -- easy to take the tube from Paddington or Lancaster Gate, the buses, and walk. Restaurants and shopping are close, and the owner was very responsive to our inquiries. We'd go back!

We would definitely recommend this property to a family or 3 couples . Very close to Paddingyon Tube stop and a short walk to Hyde Park
Very Good Choice for a Group
This flat makes an excellent home base for a visit to London.
It is a short 2 block walk from Paddington Station where the Heathrow Express drops you after an easy 15 minute ride.
The communication from the owner was excellent and check in was seamless.
The flat itself is quite large. It occupies the ground level and basement so guests need to navigate down a flight of steps to access the living area/kitchen/terrace. There are three large bedrooms which are private from each other and each has a private restroom (2 en-suite) and there is a 4th washroom as well. In spite of being below ground level the living area is open and spacious with a skylight to provide a lot of natural light.
It is an easy walk down to Hyde Park. There are plenty of cabs to be found in front of the flat and the tube is nearby as well. There are good restaurants locally - we had good pub food, indian food, and italian food in the neighborhood.
Would definitely stay here again and hope to do so soon.
A delightful space
The place was perfect for three couples. The location is excellent, the rooms are comfortable, and the common areas allowed for us to catch up on our days' adventures.

The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was very clean and the location was close to transportation which made navigating the city easy. I hope to come back.
I had an excellent experience renting the two story flat in Central London over the Christmas period. The owner and his representative were very responsive (they checked in virtually a few times) and quite polite. The flat was clean, well stocked, and very spacious (especially for London). 5-10 min walk max to several tube stations, 10-15 to a large supermarket. Although it's located on a busy street, it was very quiet and we never were bothered by anything.
