About Vacasa, FL - Emerald Coast Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Spring break 2018

Directions into the facility was very confusing. Apartment was clean and equipped with the basics. Appreciated the washer and dryer. Patio was nice for morning coffee but the furniture was in moderately rough/dirty shape and could use some updating. Blinds on the door wall could also use updating or repair for privacy. Apt was comfortable and convenient. Not really walkable to the beach or nice restaurants. Pool was clean and lounge chairs available.

Vacation orientated area, easy walking distance to beach, eating places we liked : Jin Jin Super King Buffet and breakfast at Jesse's Place. We were there in the off season Feb, many places were closed for the season, water temps low 60's. We would go back in April or late Sept. next time.

Bring a fishing pole or kayak

You could fish out your back door, the fish were jumping a lot, some people had kayaks there.

This is the second time we stayed at this unit. In August we did not have any concerns. With this stay my only concern was the sliding glass door on the patio did not lock, there was not a hairdryer in the unit and there was no broom in the unit. A guy came and brought a hairdryer and a broom the very next day. He looked at the door but was unable to fix it. He said someone would come back to fix it and never did. When we checked out it still was not fixed. The view from the back patio was beautiful. We watched dolphins in the Lagoon and so many beautiful birds out there. This unit is close to so many area attractions and walking distance to the beach.
