My family and I moved here in 1994. We wanted to live in a beautiful place and as you can see, we are still here. We love the many hiking and riding trails, the little town next to the big City(Colorado Springs) and the many wonderful things this area has to offer. I wear several hats including being a licensed Real Estate Broker, being a Property Manager for some longer term rentals and doing some Professional Step-on Bus Guiding as well. In my spare time, I am a Planning Commissioner in this town that I love. I also ride my horses every chance I get.

This Property feels very private but is easy walking distance to all the unique shops and restaurants of Manitou Springs. The cottage sits somewhat secluded from the road. Every effort has been made to make your stay as relaxing and comfortable as you desire.

The Cottage is truly set up for your pleasure including a very largeJACUZZI tub with a tankless water heater so you never run out of hot water to A/C for our few really hot days. There is a REMOTE CONTROLLED FIREPLACE for cooler weather so come relax in comfort. 2. Some extras include a SHADY PATIO with plenty of outdoor seating. Come enjoy the view and stare at the stars at night. 3. You won't pay for parking. We have our own PRIVATE off- street PARKING with an extra space when guests have a special situation. We can accommodate a short motorcycle trailer or if you have friends coming to visit and need extra parking, we can probably meet those special needs that most properties can not. Just be sure and let us know your needs in advance. 4. The BREAKFAST FIXINS Bonus will be included with any 4 night or longer bookings. With this bonus the Cottage will be stocked with a couple of juices, coffee, creamer, sugar, cereals, Pop Tarts, fresh fruit and a few other extras as well as condiments. All you need to bring is the milk! 5. At the Springs is on the FREE SHUTTLE route that runs all over town year 'round so park your car and take a ride.
