Overview

About the property

Come and luxuriate in our tranquil, quiet and very private suite including the most comfortable Cal-King Tempurpedic bed plus 3 comfy twin beds. Enjoy your private entrance and private porch with stunning views. We are only 15 minutes from town and we border Halter Ranch Winery that was named a top 10 Hot Winery brand. The ranch is conveniently located in the premier winery area.

You will be taken aback by expansive 300 degree views that span over 50 miles to the back side of Big Sur and the back side of Hearst's castle with views of vineyards and oak studded hills. Savor a glass of wine, gourmet coffee or tea on your private porch. At night you will enjoy a breathtaking sky. The peace and quiet of the ranch will envelop you and city tension will melt away. You'll most likely see deer or perhaps elk grazing on the hillsides and if you are lucky you will come across wild turkey, feral pigs that escaped decades ago from Heart's Castle, or bobcats who are very shy. Surely you will see our paint horse, Sunny. It will be an unforgettable adventure.

My wife and I had a wonderful weekend at the Lekai residence. Centrally located to enjoy the wineries and a very nice place to come back and relax. We can't wait to come back!

Beautiful studio that feels like it's away from it all but really isn't!

  • 5 of 5

The ranch is amazingly beautiful. The pictures in the listing are exactly what you get, but it's so much nicer to experience it in person. The studio is very spacious and gets a beautiful breeze through it with windows on three sides. The bed is really comfortable and Lauren has thought of everything a guest may need. It is a quick and pretty 15 minute drive from downtown Paso. We thoroughly enjoyed having dinner in town and returing to our deck with an amazing view of the stars and enjoying a glass of Paso wine. It was also right in the middle of Paso wine country and only 45 minutes from the beach. We had a great experience and will happy book Lekai ranch the next time we go to Paso!

Amazing views, great location!!

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I spent 3 days at the Lekai Ranch. Although the hostess was unavailable, she made sure everything was taken care of for us. Her son was the perfect host! (Thanks, Niccolo!!) The views from the suite are stunning! Don't forget to look up at the stars when you return from dinner!

This place was peaceful, quiet and very comfortable. The little things (coffee, snacks, granola, etc.) made us feel very welcome. The location, while remote, peaceful and quiet, is very close to some great wineries and not far from town. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Paso, stop looking and book this place! Hubby and I were discussing our return as soon as we arrived!!

The views are stunning and the owners are lovely and very accommodating. We loved our stay! The owners have beautifully furnished this guest house and have thought of everything to help you enjoy your stay. Situated right in the middle of several of our favorite wineries, the location couldn't be more perfect!

Quiet and Peaceful Stay with Amazing Views

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I had such a relaxing two nights here. The ranch is located high on a hill with sweeping views of the valley and the distant mountains. The Adelaide area is really beautiful with lots of country roads and coastal oak forests, vineyards and farms. The location offers the best of both worlds, since the ranch is located in a quiet rural area, yet is only a 15 minute drive to Paso Robles or 30 minute drive to the coastal towns of Cambria and Cayucos. Some of the best wineries in the region are right off the same road as this property and Vineyard Drive is just 5 minutes down the road. Lauren had excellent recommendations for restaurants and wineries and I wish we had more time to visit some of them that she recommended. Lauren and her husband Andre are extremely nice, hard-working people and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

The description of this listing is very accurate and the pictures don't even do it justice because it was so much more beautiful in person. The room was spotless and the bed was super comfortable. There were actually three smaller beds in the room too, but with the open floor plan you still had plenty of space. I also really liked that there was a small refrigerator and an electric kettle to make tea. My wife loved the coffee machine. You can tell Lauren put a lot of care into this place. Everything from the tasteful decor to the high quality of the coffee and tea was noticeable to us.

The deck was simply amazing. It was very private and it was so relaxing enjoying great wine and watching the sun set behind the mountains. Sunny the horse was on her little hill silently watching the same scene with us. She's such a beautiful horse and came right over to the the fence and let me pet her. Our only regret is that we only stayed two nights. We would love to come back next time we're out in the area.
