This beautifully decorated and furnished 2 Bedroom 2 Bath condominium is located 1 block from the beach and boardwalk at the southern end. The street address is 248 E Bennett Ave. It features 1,000 square feet of space to relax in a quiet setting with tons of attractions and activities nearby. The condo features ceramic tile in the living room, kitchen, and hallway with wall-to-wall carpet in the bedrooms. NEW granite counter tops, NEW living room furniture, NEW stainless-steel appliances and NEW mattresses..The master bedroom features a queen bed and full private bath, while bedroom #2 has a full bed with a second full bathroom in the hall. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Pillows & blankets are included. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. We have a heated pool!! What a great way to relax and enjoy the sun! Free cable and WIFI! *This is a family friendly condominium association, and we are not permitted to rent to those under 25 years of age or non-family units. Handicap friendly with a ramp, extra wide hallway, doorways, and bath to easily accommodate a wheelchair. During peak season in July & August Day we only rent for full weeks from Saturday - Saturday.

Great location close to many stores, restaurants,bars etc most are a short walk. The pool was a nice option on those windy sand days at the beach.

Perfect Family setting

The place is in a perfect location. Ground floor, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The pool was right outside our door, the kids loved it. Parking was awesome!! Couch was so comfy. This place is great!!

Overall - Very Good! There are a few things though...

It looked nice. Everything was fairly clean, but a few complaints: All three of the televisions are small. The one in the living room is a decent size I guess. But the ones in the bedrooms are absolutely outdated.. they are super tiny, not even good picture quality mostly looked like something you might find in the trash. And the Wi-Fi in the bedrooms is nonexistent.

Wildwood condo

Our family has been renting every year for that’s 4 in this complex and my wife and I have rented elsewhere and last year we saw this condo was available for 2024 we were right by the pool and I wasn’t sure how noisy it was going to be but you can’t hear anything, the place was clean and spacious it was great having the ability to be right next to our family I have already asked to rent again next year

Great Experience

The property was as described, very clean, and in a great location. We were in walking distance to everything we needed. The property manager was quick to respond to our needs. In my opinion, there were just a few things that would have made our stay even better. First, the AC didn’t really cool down the bedrooms enough for us at night, but Karen did what she could to help. Next, the mattresses were in need of being replaced. Finally, upgrading to a full sized coffee maker would be great. With 3 coffee drinkers, the 4 cup machine wasn’t large enough for us. Not a huge deal but a friendly suggestion to upgrade in the near future. These minor issues were not enough to interfere with our plans and we’d happily recommend this condo to others. We would love to return next season, especially if any of these changes were made.

really nice place

This condo is really well situated.its spacious, clean and you feel right at home. The pool is right outside your doorstep and you are two streets near the ocean\boardwalk. Watch out for the sleeper sofa that is suitable for kids only in my opinion. Be aware that you should bring your own towels. We were 4 adults and two children's and the two bathroom were perfect. The only thing missing is an outdoor table to have dinner outside. Will go back in a hearthbeat ! 💘 ww...

Property very nice, Wildwood not so much!

Our peppery was nice, but the description was not accurate. There was no view from our condo. Condo was ok, little dirty. Dishes were horrible all had to be was. No batteries work In remotes. Stove was very dirty and so was the master bath. Second bathroom the shower was horrible water went everywhere. Wildwood was not for us. Once on beach it’s a long walk to the actual ocean. Beach was horribly dirty. My kids wanted to do a clean up challenge that’s how dirty. Very expensive and not relaxing at all.

I am sorry you encountered these problems during your stay at our shore home. I am confused as to why you did not bring these things to our attention during your stay and allow us to rectify them. Per the check-in procedures, clearly posted in the condo, and in the executed rental agreement, you are required to inspect the premises upon check-in and report any issues to us immediately. The next guest reported the problem with the shower head, and it was promptly replaced. The cleaning crew leaves a note in the condo to contact them if there is an issue with cleanliness so they can promptly address any issues. In addition, I personally send you and all my guests a detailed text message on check-in day reminding you to contact me with any questions or concerns. There is no mention in our property description that there is a view of any kind. You must have that confused with another property. I was personally in Wildwood 5 blocks away during your stay and I could have remedied the situation promptly if you had notified me. We are inspecting the property after the cleaning crew is finished in addition to their supervisor doing so.

Lots of Space

The condo is a decent space but the condo was very dirty. We found garbage (food) between the refrigerator and the counter, we found popsicle sticks and wrappers next to the bed stand. There were crumbs in the cabinets and of course you see ant traps everywhere....maybe if they cleaned away the food you would not see so many ants. The main shower in the main bathroom needs replacing. You cannot take a shower without holding the shower head or getting the entire bathroom soaking wet. There is also peeling. paint at the window sills by the table and rust peeling on the washer dryer. These are not good things when you have a 2 year old running around.

Wildwood

The property manager was great. I did have difficulty locking the door when I left and Karen was quick to respond how to do it although u must pull the door toward you and then press lick symbol. The place was big enough for 5 people and the air worked beautifully. The washer and dryer worked well as well. I was disappointed the the floors were very dirty because we took our shoes off and our socks were black and that was the first few hours of getting there. I tried to clean the floor with mop but that was dirty and the red vacuum cleaner smelled as soon as u turned it on. We cleaned the filter but to no avail. Make sure u bring ur own dish towels and rags to clean. I was disappointed and should have contacted management but did not

I have stayed in WW many years, and have stayed in this specific building in the past. The building property is conveniently located only a few blocks from the boardwalk and beginning of the beach. There’s a small inground pool for the kids, a gas grill for use and parking spaces for 2 that are fine. I like the location of this property, and this specific unit is the only ground floor unit, right next to the pool. This was nice because we had more personal outdoor space for storing our beach equipment, and I liked the ease of bringing all our belongings to and from the car without a flight of stairs or having to use the elevator. The unit itself was only OK. The decor is outdated and not beach-themed which I prefer, and the unit had a very musty smell to it for the whole week. (probably due to being ground floor). The size was what I expected, having stayed in another unit before in the same building. I was extremely disappointed by the lack of kitchen appliances and utensils. It is very obvious from staying here that the owners do not stay here or vacation here much, if at all. There were no pans for cooking anything in the oven, and kitchen utensils for cooking were spare and minimal. There is absolutely NOTHING extra, which you usually find renting a condo for a week in WW. This unit cost more than $1k over other units rented last summer in the same building/week, and was extremely lackluster in comparison. I would not book here again..

Great Stay!

We had such a great stay in Wildwood at this property. To be honest, we had read the more recent reviews and were a little nervous, but we arrived to find the unit very clean and ready for our stay! It was a great location, close to the beach, boardwalk, and our favorite restaurants. (We are annual Wildwood vacationers!) The pool was small but great and all the neighbors at the complex (who seemed like condo owners) were friendly and welcoming! We would definitely stay in this condo again. Karen was prompt on check in and we loved that check out was at 11am instead of 10am (like most other condo rentals). We had a great vacation!!

Location of Condo

The property was fine, but the condo was too close to the pool for us older people who didn't have kids to make use of it. Kids tend to yell at lot when they are playing in the pool.

Some Problems

Hello, The stay was nice. Two bulbs are out above the dining room table. Also the dryer wasn't working. Actually left one day early because of lack of dryer. My husband has a problem with leaky bladder. Need to do laundry everyday. Also, I fell the place should have a more modern coffeepot, one that uses cups (Keurig).

Condo was perfect for our needs. Spacious. Great AC. Two full bathrooms. Nice kitchen. Two bedrooms. Just about 2 blocks to beach and walking distance to all great restaurants and bay front bars and restaurants. Right at quieter end of boardwalk. Would stay again !

Great place!

Beautiful place in a great location! Far enough from all the craziness but close enough to walk to the boardwalk. The pool is on the small side but we didn’t go to the shore for a pool anyway so it was a nice bonus. The place is very clean and well kept. Karen was great and got back to us super fast with any questions we had. Would definitely stay again!

The place was very clean and a nice size.

The place was a great size and the furniture was very comfortable. We enjoyed walking to many great local restaurants. The pool is small but was ok for what we needed. The TVs could use updating, one of the bedroom TVs was broken. The kitchen utensils need updating. The beach was clean and relaxing. We had wonderful weather. It was a fun time by all!
