Soak in the sun and salty sea air with this gorgeous three-bedroom home in Oceanside! It's dog-friendly and features a private hot tub, fantastic deck with ocean views, and tons of space to spread out and relax!
Oceanside is a lovely coastal town with easy access to many nearby state parks, beaches, and lookout points. The closest beach is just a five-minute drive from this home, so you can easily spend the day absorbing the sun, paddle boarding, kayaking, or fishing! Rent out equipment in town, or head to one of the nearby bay areas (either Tillamook or Netarts) for more options for indoor and outdoor activities.
You'll love the interior of this home - with high ceilings, bay windows, and a large brick fireplace, the great room is naturally well lit and spacious! There's a cozy couch, armchair, large flatscreen TV, and a six-person dining table where everyone can congregate. The well-stocked kitchen is delightful as well, with more views of the ocean and plenty of cupboard and counter space.
There are three bedrooms in this home, each with relaxed beach vibes. One bedroom is perfect for the kids in your group with a twin-over-double bunk bed, and the second bedroom has a queen. The master has a king-size bed and a private bathroom, and there's another full bathroom in the hallway, so there won't be a long line in the morning or before bedtime! All in all, this home can accommodate up to seven people.
Through the sliding glass doors of the living room, an enormous deck, gas grill, and private hot tub await! With stunning views of the ocean, everyone will find themselves out here when the sun starts to set. There's also WiFi, Netflix streaming, a DVD player, and for a nightly fee, you can bring up to two dogs!
This home would be perfect for a group of friends or a family to utilize as their beach vacation retreat or as the base for their coastal adventures! Just minutes away from the beach and with countless state parks, lighthouses, and bay areas to explore, this home has practically everything you need within an easy drive (or bike ride!).

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
We had a wonderful time staying at Aurthur Court. the checkin instructions were very simple and the view and amenities were wonderful. The hot tub was secluded enough that the wind and rain werent too bad. but whats the oregon coast without a little rain!
Great View, but the property is a bit rundown and it has some maintenance issues. Needs some TLC inside and out. Not as clean as it should have been. I came to relax and felt I had to clean a bit. I have high expectations when I spend this kind of money on accommodations. Could be a great property, but again needs some attention and updating.
The cottage was cute, with handmade ceramic dishes, which we loved. Furnishings and decor dated and a little shabby, but that's what the price reflects. Hot tub was great. Not much of a view unless you stand on your tiptoes...trimming a few bushes would improve the experience SOOOOOO much! Not really walkable to beach unless you want to climb, and walk on the road, but quick drive.
This house has gorgeous views of the arch rocks and surrounding ocean. Sunsets are spectacular here. A large deck lets you take advantage of those views. The living area is comfortable and well set up for a family or small group with a large TV, fireplace, lots of games and books. Renters need to be aware that it is not possible to walk to the beach. The closest beach is in Oceanside where parking is at a premium. There are very few dining options nearby. Two small cafes and a tavern/bar mean renters should be prepared to either drive out of the area or do their own cooking.
That said, the house is comfortable with limitations. Nice hot tub. Good BBQ. Adequate kitchen with a minimum of tools and utensils. Beautiful wide decks and quiet neighborhood with mostly permanent residents, not renters.
We visited this house in mid-August at the peak of the vacation season. Had never stayed in Oceanside before although we were familiar with the area. The house is in a quiet neighborhood a short drive from the beach. (Walking to the beach is not practical or advised.) Most of the houses nearby seem to be permanent residents and not rentals. The expansive deck and floor to vaulted ceiling west windows offer spectacular views of the three arch rocks and the surrounding ocean. The hot tub was very refreshing after a cool day at the beach when the sun never showed through the fog all day. The bedrooms are comfortable and about what you would expect for a beach house. The kitchen is reasonably well-equipped although if there is something specific planned for a meal, you might be ahead to bring along your own cookware, tools, etc. The barbeque was adequately clean and worked well. Since there are very few opportunities for dining out without driving some distance, we'd suggest planning on cooking most meals.
The only significant downside to this house is the lack of closet space and/or bedroom dressers. There is no dresser in the two smaller bedrooms and the one in the master bedroom only has three open drawers. The closets are tiny and have very little room. We had to be creative in order to figure out where to unpack which was necessary since we were staying 4 days.
On the positive side, the house is well laid out for family or group activities with comfortable couch and chairs in the living area, a giant flat screen TV, cable service and Wi-Fi. (Cell service is very spotty if not non-existent in the entire Oceanside area.) We found the house to be comfortable for a long weekend at the beach.
The views of the arch rocks in the morning with the sun coming over the hills behind the house is spectacular and we had a wonderful view of a dramatic red and orange sunset as well as the Perseid Meteor Shower one night.
On the whole we found the house clean and well-equipped and a reasonable value for a family or small group get together.
Vacasa's property in Oceanside (Arthur's Court) was reasonably close to its website portrayal. It easily slept 7 and was spacious enough for day use as well. Not as close to the beach as you'd guess looking at the photo, but not bad. Hands down better than a chain motel.
