Stinky trip
The sewer gases were seeping thru the unit. I called and ask them to check it. It no one ever came. We had to keep the patio door open to be able to stand the smell.
Went to go to the car and a huge rat I. The lobby. Won't be going back there
Enjoyed the stay just not the condo
The condo had very few dishes The dryer squealed when in use

I luv the property, this particular unit had some problems. The tubs were very slow to drain. No ice maker. The garbage disposal was leaking. The price was higher due to going thru a real estate company, I thought I was dealing with the owner themselves since I went thru vrbo, lesson learned.
Loved the balcony & view; however, there were some annoyances
We absolutely loved the layout of this unit & the floor to ceiling windows. Balcony access from not only the living room but also both bedrooms are ideal! The kitchen & bathrooms were fully equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay & views from the 11th floor were amazing on the spacious balcony. Some things that we thought could need improvement is that the unit appeared to be cheaply furnished. Items reminded us of something that would have came from someone's garage sale. One of the bathroom tubs was clogged & there were several burnt light bulbs. For the price you pay, these are things that should be kept, in my opinion. The décor, although colorful, was of pottery & hung to where you can see the wires hanging on the wall - not really in good taste. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay & just ignored the glitches in the room. Except for the clogged tub, that was a tough one to deal with.
Beautiful views from all rooms and secure parking
This condo was well accommodating to us which led to a great time in PCB. My girlfriend and I along with another couple picked this place and had more than enough room. It was very enjoyable to watch dolphins off the balcony early in the morning and walk out to the beach during the day. Wal-Mart, being across the street, made it easy to get random things we needed. The convenience continued with pineapple willies only being a quick walk down the beach. We had a wondering time in florida and would stay at long beach resort again.
Other than the SICKENING odor in lobby area, I enjoyed my stay.
As soon as we stepped into the elevator area we were slammed with the smell of DEAD ANIMAL. It was horrible and nauseating, and lingered into the elevators and followed us up.
Once out and away from the elevator, we were able to breathe freely again. Our condo was so spacious, clean, and pleasant, and we were very comfortable. The view from the balcony was great, and we enjoyed our breakfast and dinner out there most days. We did find that kitchen materials we'd assumed would be there were not, like a colander and a pitcher.
