花壇、果樹、スイング、ブール・パークがある庭園内のプロヴァンススタイルのヴィラです。 ヴィラローズ（Villa Rose）には、8名様までの大人6名+12歳以下の子供2名用のエアコン完備のフレキシブルな客室があります。 広々とした設備の整ったヴィラは、安全で美しく維持された庭園内にあり、専用プールがあります。 印象的なブドウの覆われた屋外テラスは、アルフレスコの食べる中心地であり、独自のバーベキューがあります。 内部には、全面的な天井のある広々としたラウンジがあり、大きなアメリカンスタイルの設備の整ったキッチンにつながっています。 スリーピングの宿泊施設には、エアコン付きのダブルベッドルーム3室とシングルベッド2台付きのメザニンフロアを備えたヴィラがあります。 庭には、スイング付きの安全な子供用遊び場とブール公園（ブール付き）があります。 Lac de St CroixやGorges du Verdonなどの内陸の観光スポットに簡単にアクセスできます。


この広々とした設備の整ったヴィラは、伝統的なプロヴァンス様式の建物で、夏には数々の音楽イベントやコンサートが開催されるシトー会修道院で有名な魅力的な村のLe Thoronetに近接しています。

アーチ型天井のラウンジ/ダイニングルームには、薪ストーブ付きの伝統的な暖炉、快適な2人部屋と3人部屋のソファがあります。 8人までのダイニングテーブルと椅子が備わります。 フランス風の窓からは南向きのブドウ栽培のメインテラスがあります。 設備の整ったキッチンには、さまざまな調理器具と設備、ガスホブ、電気オーブン、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、食器洗い機、電気ポット、トースターが備わっています。 キッチンに隣接するユーティリティルームとラダーには、標準的な冷凍冷蔵庫とともに、氷と冷水、ろ過、淡水、高9Kgの負荷洗浄機を配達する大規模なアメリカ式冷蔵庫があります。 アイロン台とスチームアイロンも用意しています。 パティオのドアはキッチンテラスに面していて、暖かい朝の日差しの屋外の朝食に最適です。

グラウンドフロアにはダブルサイズのエアコン付きのベッドルームが2つあり、それぞれにはワードローブと食器棚が付いています。 ウェットルームシャワーと独立したトイレ付きの大きなタイル張りの大型バスルームは1階の宿泊施設を完成させます。 メザニンフロアにはメインリビングエリアがあり、シングルベッド2台が備わっています。 3つ目のダブル・エアコン付きのベッドルームには、ワードローブと食器棚があり、室内にはトイレ・トイレ/トイレが設置されており、メザニンが通っています。

1500㎡の庭園。 美しい、安全でプライベートな庭園は、多年草の花、低木、果樹など豊富に揃っています。 昼間の暑い後に、夕方のリラクゼーションのために、庭の照明が全体的な雰囲気に加わります。 プライベートプール：8m x 4m x 1.5mの深さで、子供用防護柵とセキュリティゲートで完全に囲まれています。 太陽熱温水シャワー。 大きな舗装された日光浴エリアは、最大8つのサンベッドで、ガーデンテラスの下につながります。 低レベルから、5つの素朴な石段を上の芝生、ブール公園、そしてスイングまで歩くことができます。

Magnificent stay

Beautiful villa in authentic Provence style. Quiet surroundings but supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Bedrooms are equiped with airco, which is pleasant during hot summer days. Nice and refreshing swimming pool. Gentle welcome by the neighbour/concierge. With 2 children a highly recommend place to spend the holidays!

Wonderful stay at Le Thoronet

We had a lovely 2 weeks staying at Villa Rose in Le Thoronet. The children thoroughly enjoyed the pool and many games of boules were played on the boules court. The villa is very spacious and well equipped and suited us perfectly as a family of 5. We were very grateful for the air conditioning in the bedrooms!

Great holidays

The apartament together with it surrounding makes us feel very comfortable. It is isolated from neighbours by natural barriers such as trees or stone fence which is providing sufficient privacy. Apartment was well equipped with required utilities allowing to run the house. We have very positive memories from holidays. Thank you!

Villa Rose - A fabulous place to relax and unwind

Barry and Elaine - what a wonderful Villa you have! Thank you so much for letting us share your house! From the ease of booking to the lovely welcome pack left for us, nothing could have gone smoother with our holiday. The inside of the Villa is spacious and very comfortable. The bedrooms were clean and tidy with the all important air-conditioning for night time. The kitchen is very well equipped and had everything we needed for our week's stay. The outside is just superb! From lazing by the pool and playing pre-dinner Boule to evening BBQ's sitting under the patio vines - we just loved the place. Le Thoronet is also a great location to access all the the other wonderful villages Cotignac, Aups, Salernes etc. We had the most wonderful time and would love to stay again soon!!

Not as relaxing as hoped

No Aircon in the main living area affected our enjoyment due to the weather outside. Next door property carrying out renovations over at least 5 of our days stay. Earliest 6:45am sawing/cutting. On and off through the day. Loud enough to be heard inside with doors and windows shut. Tile cutting for bathroom or pool. Turned out the French caretakers who new we were staying were the ones renovating the next door property. Not very relaxing experience. Red ant problem in the kitchen any crumb or packet was covered.

Lovely, well equipped villa in a quiet area of Provence

Our party of 4 adults and 2 children had a wonderful fortnight in this property. It proved to be well equipped inside and with a barbecue, swimming pool and large garden outside. The air conditioning was greatly appreciated when going to bed while the two children absolutely loved the pool. Indeed given the temperatures of 30 plus for the whole fortnight it is fair to say that the pool became the main focus for us all most days at some time or another! An added bonus was the ability to pick the apricots from the tree and the tomatoes etc from the garden ... the taste of these made the equivalent shop-bought produce seem very ordinary! The situation just on the outskirts of Le Thoronet is quiet but also ideally placed to visit, as we did, the Abbey of Thoronet, and beautiful small towns such as Cotignac and Tourtour. We also had great fun one morning swimming in the Argens and watching kayaks coming down the river. All our expectations for our holiday were met and we would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone wanting to explore this lesser known part of Provence.

Vacances très reposantes

Très belle villa avec une piscine très agréable et toujours ensoleillée. La maison est bien située pour rentrer dans les terres (lac de sainte croix, …) ou bien aller sur la côte (saint tropez, port grimaud,…) en 45 min dans un environnement calme. La maison est très bien équipée avec pas moins de 3 frigos et la climatisation dans toutes les chambres. Les échanges avec monsieur Dixon pour préparer l’arrivée ont été très agréables. Magnifiques vacances

Maison très bien équipée, il ne manque rien. Piscine parfaite, joli village avec un supermarché, boucherie du village à recommander. La mezzanine est idéale pour les enfants, séjour très agréable qui passe trop vite, un tout petit bémol, il manque une clim dans le séjour. Un grand merci à Baptiste, trés discret et d'une gentillesse incroyable.

Belle maison provençale au calme

Très belle maison, très fonctionnelle et parfaitement équipée pour des vacances en famille. Très chouette accueil de Baptiste qui gère la maison pour les hôtes. Disponible pour nous conseiller et faire le nécessaire en cas de besoin (problème avec le portail automatique). La climatisation dans les chambres est un vrai plus par les fortes chaleurs que nous avons eues en ce mois de juillet 2024. La piscine est très agréable et parfaitement entretenue. La maison est très bien équipée, on ne manque de rien. Elle possède 3 belles chambres et 2 lits d'appoints en mezzanine qui donne sur le salon/salle à manger (adapté pour des enfants mais moins pour des ados). La maison est située au calme, en peu en dehors du Thoronet. Idéal si l'on veut passer des vacances reposantes, en dehors de la frénésie estivale. Néanmoins, la situation est idéale pour visiter quelques villages des alentours (Lorgues, le Val, Correns, ...) et bien entendu l'Abbaye du Thoronet, à ne pas manquer.

Lovely property and perfect for a family vacation. Swimming pool, air con and Wi-fi all excellent. Easy access to St Maxine and St Tropez for days out on the coast. Great holiday had by all.

Villa Rose, goed uitgeruste villa

Hele leuke vakantie gehad, goed onderhouden zwembad, leuk terras onder de wijnranken . Wij misten wel kussens op de plastiek ligzetels aan het zwembad en de bedjes van 1m40 breedte voelden voor ons ook niet comfortabel aan. Spijtig slechts 1 badkamer (wel heel ruim met mooie grote inloopdouche!). Goed gelegen, rustig en in de nabijheid van Lorgues (leuke restaurantjes).

Peaceful Break

The villa was very spacious, had a fantastic pool and the BBQ area under the grapevines was a great setting for dinner etc. Our children (4 & 6) loved the villa! The villa/area was very peaceful, not overlooked at all and was perfect for that 'away from it all' holiday. Location wise, shops are within a 3 min drive, supermarket within 12 min drive. St Tropez is approx' 1hr away and various other points of interest all within 40 mins. Lorgues is worth a visit - just 20 mins away. Would highly recommend!!

Wunderbares Haus mit tollem Pool und Klimaanlage

Wir (4 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder) haben zwei herrliche Sommerwochen in diesem schönen Haus verbracht, in dem es alles gibt, was man für den Urlaub braucht. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter im Vorfeld und zum Manager vor Ort war exzellent. Bei unserer Ankunft war das Haus ausgezeichnet hergerichtet, ein nettes Willkommenspaket hat uns schon in der Küche erwartet. Den schönen Garten mit einem tollen, sauberen Pool haben wir gerne jeden Tag genutzt. Die etwas versteckt (und damit nachmittags im Schatten) gelegene Boule-Bahn war das I-Tüpfelchen auf diesem wunderbaren Urlaub. Empfehlen können wir als Einkaufsmöglichkeit "Les Provenc'Halles" in Le Cannet mit vielen regionalen, frischen Produkten und einem leckeren Bäcker.

Villa très bien situé, au calme. La piscine est très agréable et entretenue par le propriétaire. La maison est très bien équipée, et surtout très belle. Le seul inconvénient, une seule douche, c'est juste pour 2 couples avec enfants, mais en vacances, on prend son temps :-)

A wonderful place to stay!

We travel every year with small children and this definitely is the best house we rented until now. It's very clean and really comfortable. It has EVERYTHING one might need - kitchen appliances and cookware, towels, books, games for kids, amazing pool(!), a/c , etc. The welcome pack is really nice touch. The nature in the area is pretty amazing. We visited a river nearby, lake Sainte-Croix and the caves of Villecroze - our children just loved it. We and our kids (3,6,8) had a great time! The owner and the property manager were very responsive and the whole booking process was pretty simple.

Wonderful stay

We spent 3 wonderful weeks in this home with our daughters (4 and 6). At arrival, we had a welcome pack (very useful when arriving on Sunday afternoon)! Celia and Justin who manage the house were great, and helped us all through our stay. The house is very well equipped and furnished. You really feel at home. We did not suffer from the heat as rooms have A/C in the room, and the living room stays cool all day. The pool was also a great plus, with it's small "salon". Finally, even if there are adjacent houses, the trees surrounding the garden keep it very private. We highly recommend this house!

Wunderbares Anwesen für unvergesslichen Urlaub

Rundum ein wundervolles, sauberes, geräumiges, schön eingerichtetes Anwesen mit einem tollen Pool, einem Boules-Platz, Außengrill, einem Gemüsegarten und idyllischen Sitzgruppen. Wir haben uns von Beginn an sehr wohl gefühlt, wurden von Mr. Fletcher sehr nett begrüßt (inklusive eines leckeren Begrüßungslunchpaketes, was uns am späten Abend der Anreise sehr entgegen kam) und hatten einfach eine wunderbare und erholsame Zeit in der Provence. Das Haus liegt an einem sehr guten Standort, von dem aus man tolle Ausflüge in alle Richtungen unternehmen kann. Sehr sehenswert sind dabei die Verdon Schluchten, die Städte Aix-en-Provence, Grasse sowie auch die Küstenstädte St-Tropez, Monaco und Nizza. Auch das in der Nähe liegende Örtchen Le Luc bietet einen großen Markt sowie das schöne Restaurant Le Gourmandin. Ebenso empfehlenswert ist das in Le Thoronet gelegene Restaurant Le Vallon. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

A great place to stay in the south of France

We spent a lovely 2 weeks staying in this spacious well equipped villa with our 3 boys and for 1 of the weeks our parents who used the studio. On arrival we were met by our villa manager Justin and his wife who made sure our stay was as relaxing as possible. The welcome pack was a nice surprise. The pool had lots of use and we all had a lot of fun using it especially our boys. Inside the villa we found a spacious holiday home which kept cool and contained everything we needed for a great holiday. The kitchen was a good size and well equipped. We ate outside for most of our holiday as the weather was so warm (around 30c in the day and 20c at night). Although not near a big town we had no problem jumping in the car to visit the supermarkets and also had some superb days out visiting the local area. Overall, I can highly recommend a stay in this villa.

Excellent holidays!!

We had a very nice stay!!! The villa is great, well located not too far from the village in a quite area! The pool and the garden are very nice and the air conditioning useful during the nights! It was also a pleasure to receive a welcome pack after a journey of 15 hours...very good point! The services are also perfect (towels...).

Excellent holidays

We had an excellent stay in this beautiful villa, well located not too far from the village but in q quite area. The pool and the garden are very nice and the air conditioning very useful during the nights. The welcome pack was also much appreciated after a long trip! And the services are great (towels, etc...).

We are a retired married couple who love France. We live in the rural East of England and enjoy rural life both in France and the UK. We are keen sailors and have spent much time cruising from the South Coast of England to France and meeting many French friends. More recently we have enjoyed cruising the lovely Cote d'Azur. Consequently we speak good French and enjoy conversing with our French friends. We love the local cuisine in the South as well as the great variety of local Vins de Provence. We are keen cooks ourselves and enjoy trying out new recipes from all regions of France. We love entertaining and are keen to share our lovely villa with visitors from far and wide.

We found this villa after a short search of the region. It offered all the features we were looking for - a quiet position in a mainly French community, a secure and fenced terrain, a good sized pool and beautifully designed gardens, plus flexible accommodation for ourselves and our guests.

As we entered the electrically operated front gates and drove up the driveway to the two integral garages, we could see this was a property of some standing. However, when we walked around to the South terrace and main entrance we could hardly believe the beauty of the rose garden and pool, in a backdrop of a two tier, beautifully maintained garden, full of shrubs, fruit trees and flowers. The main South facing terrace of the villa is shaded by old spreading vines forming a leafy roof over the outside dining area, with ripening grapes as an added feature.
The interior is open plan and spacious, with a high ceiling, keeping cool, even in the heat of the Southern sun by day.
The pool and sunbathing area are amazing. The pool is hand built with a ceramic tile lining, creating a clear blue transparency in the water. In season, the sun warms the water to between 28C and 30C. A solar heated shower is always available for pre and post bathing rinses.
Some time ago we added air conditioning to each of the three main bedrooms in the villa which allows us and our guests to relax in the cool during some of the very hot weather that is common in the region.
We also make full use of the small vegetable garden which we plant with local vegetables every year. The apricot tree on the lower lawn is often a source of delight to those visitors who come at the end of June, into early July, when it is full of delicious fruit. Our guests are free to use any produce that is growing in season
