A spacious 1 bedroom/1bath completely furnished, well appointed loft apt. (900 sq.ft.) located in heart of lower Manhattan's buzzy neighborhood of Tribeca. Within walking distance to Greenwich Village, Financial district, Soho, Tribeca, Chinatown & Chelsea. Historic 19th century landmark area is lower Manhattan's premier filmmaking centre, with much resident celeb spotting. Tribeca is an area of NY not permitted to be altered or changed by the NY landmarks commission. A unique look into another era that should be enjoyed by walking along the wide, foot friendly old cobblestone streets and 19th century buildings. Nearby public metro. We can book up to 2 months and still have some available dates from mid Dec. on. Calendar may not be up to date so please message us with in/out dates, any date flexibility and some specifics about you and your visit. Apt cleaned/sanitized before arrivals. Family friendly area with express subway/taxis on next block, 10 min.to midtown, quick access to museums, theatre, shopping. Surrounded by world class restaurants, art galleries and upscale retail shopping. Grocery stores nearby.Note: No smoking, pets, parties or unaccompanied minors. Great place, plenty of space!

The apartment was very clean, and spacious. Easy to find and in a great location! TriBeCa is fantastic. My friend and I came up to NYC to run the marathon and our wives came with us. They loved that the neighborhood had great shopping and restaurants and that the apartment had two bathrooms! We will definitely be back. Thanks!

Perfect location for a family of 4

We are a family of 4 traveling with a 3 year old and a 6 year old. This was our second time at this location and we loved it just as much as the first time. This loft apartment is in Tribeca which is one of the safest and most family friendly neighborhoods in Manhattan. There are several parks, restaurants, and water views all within walking distance. The apt is also close to MULTIPLE train lines which can take you to any part of the city or outer boroughs conveniently. It can't get any easier. The loft itself is clean, spacious, and very well stocked for a family who want to have the comforts of home right in Manhattan. There is a master bedroom and kitchen on one side with a hall leading to the other side of the loft apartment which had two twin beds for our kids and a living room. It was nice to have the space when traveling with young kids and have the flexibility of eating in if we desired. The amount of space this apartment has is unheard of in Manhattan. The owner was easy to work with and responded to my emails and texts right away. We were very happy with our stay and will be back for sure!

Spacious apartment, fantastic location!

As 5 old high school friends reuniting in NYC for a weekend, this was an ideal set up for us. Everyone had their own comfortable bed, we had 2 spacious, comfortable living rooms in which to sit and catch up, and 2 full bathrooms for added comfort. The kitchen was clean and well-equipped, and we even had the convenience of a washer and dryer in the apartment. It was nice and quiet at night, and we had free street parking out front for the whole weekend (after 7 on Friday). The location was great - steps from the subway, and great restaurants. Jillian was extremely easy to get hold of, and made the rental process easy. A terrific find!

Perfect place for our extended family

This apartment in Tribeca was the perfect place for our stay in NYC. Easy walking distance to many attractions, restaurants and subway. Apartment was well appointed, quiet, very clean and suited our needs perfectly. Perfect for multi-family or larger groups and plenty of room to spread out. I wouldn't hesitate renting again. Very Enjoyable Stay

My wife and I along with our 3 grown teenage boys rented this apartment for 5 days over the recent New Year holidays. The apartment was exactly as described on the web site and prepared for us exactly as requested regarding sleeping arrangements. The apartment is in an ideal location for visiting and exploring New York, Manhattan and has ample space for a large family or two smaller groups. We were very comfortable and really enjoyed our stay here which was enhanced by the quality of the apartment and its location. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property and intend to return at some stage and rent it again. Eddie

Loft Apartment in lower Manhattan

We rented this for a family break - shopping and site-seeing.We have 3 grown up children - 2 girls & a boy. It was ideal in every way & the kids loved it - they could chill on their own but we could also be together as a family. The apartment was huge, beautifully clean and really well equipped. Just around the corner was a great 24 hour deli/supermarket that had absolutely everything you could need. We walked everywhere as the apartment was just a few yards from the bottom of Broadway.Great for subway also. Masses of really great restaurants right on your doorstep. We really looked forward to heading back to the apartment when we were exhausted from our day out - it was a great to get back in the evening & relax before heading out for food - it was far far better than a hotel & we would definitely recommend to friends.
