Country Haven sur Mink River Road

Ce chalet en bois rond vertical des années 1930 a été rénové et agrandi. Il est situé à environ un mile à l'extérieur d'Ellison Bay sur Mink River Road. C'est sur une propriété de 5 acres et un joli cadre calme.
Le chalet dispose d'un porche enveloppant pour profiter de votre café du matin.
Le chalet est décoré avec des meubles anciens.
Il y a une cuisine pleine grandeur avec tout ce qui est nécessaire pour profiter de votre séjour.
La salle de bain a une douche de 48 ". Dans le salon il y a un foyer au gaz.
La chambre en bas a un lit double. Il y a aussi un grand bain Ă  remous dans la chambre.

This little house felt like a visit to Grandma’s. We especially enjoyed the porch. There was even a little walking path. The whole experience was comfortable and charming.

Great quiet place to stay

Great location to everything but in a quiet nature filled setting with deer in the yard and barred owls calling at daybreak along with plentiful song birds.. cabin was very clean with all the amenities needed for a few buddies on a fishing trip and just perfect

Great place to stay just off the beaten path

Close to the hustle and bustle but a quiet place to sit and relax. The place was clean, we’ll set up. We all enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this place for you to stay.

Perfect private place for anyone wanting to be away from it all. We had bad luck with the mosquitoes, but that’s uncontrollable. On clear nights such as what we enjoyed, the stars are outstanding. House is well outfitted and check-in and out a breeze.

First trip to Door Co

It was a nice quiet retreat from all the business of Door Co. Loved that we were only 1 mile up the road from Kick Ash as this recently diagnosed celiac was there often during our stay.

Beautifully furnished cottage close to town. Great porch to relax on while bird watching or seeing the deer eat from the apple trees. Although it was close to a full moon during our stay, you could see the stars and enjoy the beautiful fall night sky. Interior was nice and cozy and the gas fireplace added to the ambiance. Ellison Bay is a great area to stay, it has a great local restaurant, The Mink River Basin, and also a well stocked general store. The location of the cottage is perfect and makes you feel like your not around all the hustle and bustle of Door County. Thanks Myron and Andrea for allowing us to stay at your cottage to celebrate our anniversary. We definitely will be back!Mike and Tammy M.

Summer retreat

My family of 5, children aged 13, 11, and 7, traveled to Door Co. for the 1st time in 4 yrs and the cottage was the perfect starting point for everything we wanted to do. The property is secluded and beautifully situated while still being close enough to all the things we wanted to do. We loved our time here and look forward to next time!

Place matched the description very well and worth the price. Very cozy, cottage feel and neat building. Its a little secluded, which has pros and cons. Quiet and peaceful but you have to drive to get to food or activities. We had very weak cell service so the lack of WiFi was annoying at times but lots of the area had poor service so I wouldn't blame it on the property so much as emphasized that WiFi is nice to have by Ellison bay.

This is a great house to stay in we just love it, if it's clear at night the stars are amazing.
