Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Great Condo Great Location!

We will stay here again; super nice roomy condo with great views and not to high up. Can walk to Pier Park to eat, shop as well as other nearby locations, etc. The ONLY thing we didn't like was the shower has no place to put your soap, shampoo, razors etc. It needs a shower caddy bad! It has a coffee maker but I drink decaf so we brought our own single server maker.

Great view 4th of July

Location is great! Property could use a little TLC. Sofa bed didn’t come with a set of sheets so had to go back to office to get some. Sofa bed was not comfortable at all. The elevator wait was terrible but considering this was a sold out holiday weekend. Catherine was wonderful help getting us checked in! Chairs on balcony need replaced fabric was torn. Overall enjoyed the location just a few minor updates and would rate it higher.

Not good. Poor communication.

Arrived at 4 for check in. I had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes before my room was cleaned and actually able to have access to the room. Secondly the toilet has a bad valve and it ran off and on my whole stay. Tried to contact maintenance, it was just the same ole loop with automated phone directory. Bad experience.

Initially I had a lot of problems but everything worked out. Will make reservations thru private owner next time and not through vrbo or panhandle getaways. Don’t like going through vrbo and them turning over reservations to panhandle and paying a booking fee through vrbo

Great location near Pier Park

We enjoyed our 4 nights at Calypso. The condo was clean and looked like the photos. My only complaint was the lack of towels. The condo is advertised that it sleeps 4. There were only 4 bath towels, 3 hand towels and 3 wash cloths. Thank goodness the unit had a washer and dryer to do laundry.

PCB trip

Very good and will return. Only issue is parking and control of entrance/exit. Poor response time for guests that have an issue cause long backups and scanner is very difficult to reach from driver window plus angle and the box underneath it are located poorly.
