Quad kaunis kova puulattiat kautta ulos monia uusia mukavuuksia. Keittiö on päivitetty uusilla kaappeilla ja laskureilla. Kylpyhuoneessa on uusi laattalattia, turhamaisuus, wc ja valaisin. Kiinteistö on helppo säilyttää tiilillä ja valkoisella vinyylipidikkeellä ja uudemmilla ikkunoilla, uusilla myrskyluukkuilla ja uusilla vinyylikaiteilla. Taloudellinen kaasu on pakotettu ilmalämpö ja mukava keskusilma. Sijaitsee lähellä rantaa, The Lobster House ja Wawa.

Great Location. Property is near the ocean and center of town.

Very clean and great heat. Unfortunately the water was very cold and eventually got hot but it’s December. We enjoyed our stay. Cape May is magical at Christmas.

My wife and couldn’t be happier with a home away from home. Super clean and updated in a quiet part of CM. A 2 minute ride to the beach and 5 to the main business area. Everything we needed was there. Very warm cozy feel. The hosts were always available and helpful. Love it!!!

A fun week at the Shore.

We had a great stay in Cape May. It was our first trip to the Jersey Shore and we loved it. As someone who likes to rent a beach house for vacation I can say this house was great. Clean, comfortable and stocked with all the things we needed. I highly recommend this property. The walk to the beach was easy and the outdoor shower was very convenient.

An escape

Nice quiet place to stay, out of the thick of it. The owners have thought of everything. We had a great time at the beach, and exploring the area. Luckily, the weather was amazing, but the rental is climate controlled, that you control. We appreciated all the amenities provided.

Christmas to remember!!!!

I enjoyed the location and coming from Virginia to Cape May was a great midway location for me to spend time with my family. Host was perfect even decorated for us and only thing lacking was a dishwasher. Definitely would love to come back.

Perfect Spot for Coast Guard graduation

We came to Cape May for my son’s graduation from the Coast Guard. The location was perfect and minutes away from the training facility. Plus- Location to the graduation, accommodating host, clean home, well stocked kitchen. Minus- No blow dryer, needed more TP. Overall, we would recommend.

Convenient location!

The owner was very quick to reply to our concerns, just confusion on my part. It is a 15 minute walk to the beach. A easy drive into the center of town. The kitchen had a great gas stove. Dishes, glasses, pots and pans allowed me to cook meals and the gas grill was great! We found the beds softer than our preference. The floors were just a little gritty from sand when we arrived, but there is a vacuum that took care of that. The photos are accurate. It worked very nicely for the 4 of us.

Excellent Property for Cape May Getaway!

My girlfriend and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at this home while enjoying Cape May’s Christmas festivities. During the hectic tree lighting and parade weekend, it was very nice to have a warm and quiet home to come back to. The location is excellent. While being a just quick drive to Washington Mall, the home is far away enough from the excitement where we were able to enjoy the peace and quiet. Our stay at this property was very comfortable. Amenities such as the thermostat and Roku TV were very user friendly. Upon check-in, we anticipated a trip to the supermarket to buy essential items such as dish and hand soap. However, the home was stocked with everything we needed and more- even down to paper towels. We found the home to be exceptionally clean which only added to the comfort of our stay. When my girlfriend and I had a question about the lighting in the kitchen, Bobby responded within minutes. He is an excellent host. With all of this considered, my girlfriend and I definitely plan on staying at this property again, and we strongly recommend it to anyone else coming to Cape May. We have already recommended the property to friends and family and strongly recommend the property to any other guests planning a Cape May getaway.

Shortsheeted

The towels and bedding not being provided was a big hassle for my family traveling from Alaska. The price advertised and price paid is VERY different. The price listed is clearly not the average price! It ended up being twice the amount and that was on an off season weekend. A cleaning fee implies a very clean place especially if owner is not having to do laundry. The floors were definitely not clean to my standards. There were no trash bags that fit the main garbage cans in kitchen. The light in kitchen was out with no replacement bulbs. I was thankful for dishes and cookware to use for food preparation. The bed situation was difficult as I have an elderly mother who was unable to climb into the higher than average queen bed in the main bedroom. The light switches and electrical units are a little quirky. Overall it was a shelter to stay in but not worth the price paid. I have stayed in several VRBOs with friends and family over the years and this one ranks on the low side.

A delightful stay

My wife and I booked this home so we could stay in Cape May for our honeymoon. From the start, the owner, Bobby, communicated with us and made us feel welcome. Upon arrival we immediately found something special from the owners (Thanks guys!). The home was perfectly neat and clean, and appeared recently updated. We found the home was exactly as it appeared in the photos. The front door had an easy-to-use keypad deadbolt, or the option to use a key. There’s also a glass screen door, so you can leave the front door open and enjoy a bit more sunlight. The living room was roomy, with ample seating. We spent a few nights watching movies there. The kitchen has a drip coffee maker, as well as a Keurig. The appliances all functioned as intended, and everything was spotless. The washer/dryer appeared new, and functioned well. The bathroom also seemed recently renovated, and had a pleasant nautical color scheme. The master was roomy, and had plenty of storage for our 1 week stay. We didn’t utilize the 2nd bedroom at all, but I made for a Great space to keep our bags in and fold laundry. One thing worth noting is that all the ceiling fans are modern, remote controlled units which allow you to adjust color brightness and temperature. I really appreciated that, since I prefer a warmer, yellow light, and my wife prefers operating table bright white. We also had the pleasure of talking to the kind and genial next door neighbors, who ended up bringing cookies and quiche for us. In conclusion, we thoroughly enjoyed the home and its accommodations. We found the location was far enough away from the busy area, but close enough to the center of town

Wonderful rental in a great location

The property is located a short distance from Beach Avenue. Bobby was very quick to answer any questions I had and was a great guy to deal with. The house was very clean, freshly painted, just as described in the listing. It has everything you could need. Appliances were new or nearly new, and everything works great. Internet is solid so you can work from there if you need to. It is really convenient and everywhere seems to be a straight line and takes only minutes. From the front door to the beach took minutes. The big supermarkets at Rio Grande are 8 minutes. All in all it’s a fabulous vacation rental and I would not hesitate to recommend it or stay there again.
