Notes
- Small stacker washer/dryer, radiant infloor heating, basic driveway snowplowing. Typical kitchen appliances, (no dishwasher), TV/DVD and VHS player, 2 CD players. Hi speed Internet, WiFi. Good cell phone coverage at house. Telephone hookup available for longer term rentals, extra charge. Baby child gear available: sleds, portacrib/sheet, booster seat, child toys and books. Property is well stocked with basic supplies, for cooking, cleaning, showering. 1 acre lot in quiet neighborhood. All wheel drive recommended for winter driving. 8 minute drive into town from the south. Nice to avoid all the traffic downtown. Not on a bus route to Breckenridge. Being on the south end of Breckenridge, it is easy to get back to Denver on Hwy 285 North (via CO 9) should I-70 be backed up with traffic. Beautiful drive, maybe 15 minutes longer.

Ask a questionAbout Holly Holmes
Steve and I bought this property in 1993 when we first met while living in Summit County. It was a vacant lot and we thought about building a large home and garage. Well, we never built the huge house, and we turned the 3 car garage space into a cabin with one garage space. The layout is unique for this reason. The property grew with us and became our mountain retreat that brought us together with our growing family. Steve built the cabin with his brother and brother in law and added many unique touches. Everyone in the family contributed and has enjoyed this space.

Why Holly Holmes chose Blue River
This property has amazing access to a beautiful, lesser known area of Summit County just south of Breckenridge up against the Ten Mile Range and Mosquito Range for hiking, backcountry skiing, ice climbing, Tenth Mt. Huts, and killer mountain biking. It's close enough to ski to Peak 9 chair lifts on a crispy powdery morning (30-45 min on the Burrro Trail) and sneak into town to enjoy the pleasures of Breck without the stress of too much traffic and people.
What makes this house unique
People love the view to the south while being snuggled up in the trees. Wildlife: moose, fox, chipmunks, birds, lynx.
