Ski Hill 7 is a 2 bdrm/2 1/2 bath 1100 sf ski in / walk to lift condominium located on the 2nd floor of the American building in the Ski Hill complex The unit is situated in the southwest corner of the building, and has wonderful views of Mt. Baldy and Peak 9 Ski Slopes. The functional entryway features a ski storage rack and bench. The living room has a 50" flat screen HDTV , queen sofa sleeper, and a gas fireplace. This condo has a king size bed and a 32" flat screen HDTV in the master bedroom and free WiFi. The complex has an outdoor heated pool (summer only), with a community grill, and outdoor hot tubs. The complex is 1 block from the Gondola and 1 block from the heart of downtown Breckenridge. You can ski to the parking lot of the Gondola, just across Park Ave from the Ski Hill Complex. There is covered parking and an elevator in each building.

condo close to town and Gondola

This condo is as advertised. Really an easy walk to the Breck Gondola even is ski boots. It was not ski in ski out. It was an easy 2 block walk to town for restaurants and less and 1/2 mile from grocery store. It was hard to find the condo complex. better directions would be helpful. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed. One toilet did not flush. and there was not enough hot water for 4 people to shower after skiing. The living room, gas fireplace made it cozy for after skiing.

Great Location!

This place was perfect for our girls weekend getaway. Walking distance to the Gondola and just a short walk to main street. I definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Very clean and well appointed.

Super easy check in and the condo was very nice and clean. Easy walk to main street for shopping and we had one in our family that wasn't skiing, so she drove us each day up Ski Hill Road for drop off which was perfect. Then just a bit of a hike carrying our ski's when we came in for lunch after skiing down the four o'clock. There were 5 of us and plenty of room; however the only downfall was the beds were not comfortable.

Wonderful, cozy and well appointed.

We booked this condo for a last minute get away to Breck and we absolutely loved it. Besides being nice, clean, spacious and plenty of amenities, one of the things we liked best was how easy it was to enjoy. Parking, parking pass, wifi, fireplace, utensils, checkout - all straightforward and explained clearly and concisely.

Our only regret was we didn't book for a longer amount of time, but we will be back! Loved it!

Excellent Location

This year was probably the 10th time we have stayed in this condo with either 3 or 4 people total. The location cannot be beat. You walk out of the condo and the free ride bus picks you up about 30 yards up the street and takes you up directly to either Peak 7 or Peak 8 on the Black Route. You can either ski back down and have a short walk back to the condo or take the bus back. The walk from the condo to the main street in town is about a 2 block walk, which is wonderful. In short, we love the location. The condo itself is very cozy and comfortable. It's two bedrooms and can easily sleep 3 or 4 people (king bed in the main bedroom). Very happy with the package.
