Thanksgiving in Houston

Only 3 bedrooms, not 4. The 4th “bedroom” is in a study downstairs with no door. The downstairs toilet is not fully attached. The thermostat does what it wants no matter what you program it to do. There is no driveway with room for 4 cars.

We are currently working with the homeowner to update the listing to reflect the correct number of bedrooms within the home. -The property does not advertise an attached bathroom with every room. The downstairs toilet room is one step from the downstairs study area.-We can confirm there are no issues with the thermostat. It is a Digital Thermostat and the homeowner also has the option to adjust the setting from their phone if a guest has any concerns. We encourage guests to reach out to their guest contact while they are in residence with any issues so that they can address any concerns quickly for a most comfortable stay.-This urban property offers a two-car garage and ample parking space in front of the house and the back of the house with at least eight parking spaces.Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Your feedback is important to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to address these concerns. As is evidenced by the many great reviews, these owners are accustomed to providing five-star experiences, and we look forward to this property hosting many happy travelers.

It was rather disappointing and it would have been better at a hotel instead. We have booked the house based on how presentable the house look in the picture. However, once we arrived at the house, it seems like the pictures in the listing was not entirely accurate. Here are some of the things we have noticed:1. The step to the house was not maintained and the ceramic tiles was broken/in repair.2. The front door knob is loose and will not latch. It will latch with a bit of force but the door will open if someone was to push from the outside and the deadbolt is not locked.3. To lock the deadbolt, you have to push harder and ensure the deadbolt actually went thru the door frame for it to really lock.4. Water drips down from the A/C vent to the sofa in the bedroom above the office due to condensation.5. There were no toilet tissue paper in the master bedroom's toilet. Although there are extra toilet paper in the downstairs' closet, I have never been to a rental where we arrived at the house and there's no paper in the dispenser. Most hotels went further and roll the first sheet to indicate someone have cleaned the toilet and such but not in this case.6. General observation is the house was not well maintained or cared for.Overall, my impression is the owner does not seem to prioritize the house's maintenance and cleaning. Since we mostly spent our time at the house to sleep, it would have been better for us at a hotel where it's at least up kept.

Great Houston Home

Beautiful home, clean, and comfortable. The bedroom/bed setup was slightly different from what was shown in the pictures (2 of the beds were roll-out beds--there was no bedroom with 2 queens). Still, we had a great stay! I'd definitely recommend!

Nice stay

Traveling with 3 couples total. Nice home with three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Den and office area with one twin bed— not a very private room. Washer, dryer, blow dryer, towels, and iron provided. Basic cooking utensils for use. Plenty of room in the house to spread out. Wifi and Netflix roku is provided. The location is nearby stores and restaurants. Owner is very responsive and easy to communicate with. The only suggestion is to provide throw blankets or extra linens— the house occasionally got cold. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Nice place

Overall this property was nice it wasnt to far from most places.. theres a little shopping mall around the corner from the property they have supermarket liquor store 99 cent store and couple food stores located within the vicinity.. we used uber as form of transportation and everything we went to was about 15-20 mins out... ubers usually take longer we realized to come pick up. The place is nice though and the back patio was a nice chill area i will definitely rebook this place

Overall good stay

Good property. Plenty of space for my family to spread out. Modern and clean. Hoyse is very close to shops, etc. Our contact was very attentive and accommodating. He responded to my text messages almost immediately. There were only a few drawbacks. The 4th bedroom was actually a den area and had no door. Its advertised as a 4 bedroom but actually its only 3. Also difficult to adjust the temperature. It was very cold at times. Lastly there were no tvs in the bedrooms so keep that in mind. Only 1 tv in the entire house. Overall a good stay. Would stay there again.

Excellent stay

Excellent stay. The check in process was very easy and accommodating. The ONLY suggestion will be to have more blankets because it gets colder downstairs. Overall, GREAT stay, I definitely will recommend.

Cute home for family vacations

We travelled as a family of five and spent two weeks in this gorgeous house. It is tastefully equipped and offers everything necessary. The neighborhood is not perfect beside a working power plant, but it is quite good and feels quiet and safe.

Great home and location!

We traveled into Houston with our 6 teenagers for a concert. The house was perfect for us. The house sleeps 8 but there is only bed space for 6 - which wasn't a problem for us because 2 boys slept on the floor but we did wish for more blankets or bedding for them, which we didn't find. Everything in the house is clean and comfortable, made us feel right at home. Bathrooms were spotless and towels were like new. The location made it easy to travel around the city with ease. The neighborhood was clean and safe. The owner was awesome and checked in to ensure everything was going well. We highly recommend this home when traveling with a group (or large family like we have.)

The place was very clean, easy access, great attentive host, confortable beds. Perfect for our party of 6 adults and a baby.

Fantastic home and guest service!

The house was phenomenal. Great conditions of all the furniture and it has all you need to live in and have a great time. It even offers Netflix. The support received during our stay was amazing. I would recommend it a 100%.

Amazing stay!

Irshad was a perfect host and the house was great. It was extremely clean and had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. Irshad did a great job of communicating with us and checking on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Definitely recommend this for your next trip!

I will definitely book this house again!

This house was immaculate, spacious and lovely. We had 5 adults and it was very comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and convenient for getting to the Galleria area of Houston. I almost didn't choose this home because they had not listed a washer and dryer. I was delighted to see upon arrival that the house did have those appliances. The owner and management company were very easy to deal with. There is no question in my mind that this will always be the home we choose when visiting Houston.

location, location,location!

Very convenient location whether it's shopping, dining, or just riding around town. The house itself is very clean, well kept, furnished literally a home away from home if you ask me. Oh double car garage, perfect for not getting wet in the rain. The house was very roomy for my family and I, the kids were having a blast running around being kids...and the biggest plus to this house was the person of contact (Irshad) he's very professional (contacted me before check-in, during my stay, and after check-out), extremely courteous! I will definitely stay here again the next time in Houston.
