Cottage on Akers Pond

Come and enjoy a relaxing vacation. Visit this spectacular, waterfront home located directly on Akers Pond in Errol, NH. The end of street location makes this property serene.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and dining table. TV with satellite in the Living Room. Full bath with shower (no tub).

Two bedrooms: One with a Queen size bed, and the other with two (2) Twin size extra long bunk beds (that will fit adults). Linens, blankets and pillows are not provided. Guests must bring their own.

The Cabin is located less than 25 feet from the water’s edge. Bring your flat bottom boats, canoe, and kayak as the water is shallow at this end.

Kayaks and Canoes can be rented and delivered from Northern Waters Outfitters 603-482-3817!

There is a public boat launch at the beginning of Akers Pond Road where you can launch your ski boat. Akers Pond does not have any restrictions for watercraft and is great for waterskiing, fishing, or just floating around on your pontoon boat.

Rates: $910/week plus rooms tax* and cleaning fee.

$200/night plus rooms tax* and cleaning fee. Two night minimum.

A $150.00 refundable deposit is required. Pending no damage during the rental or excessive cleaning, it will be fully refunded within 7 days of departure.

The cabin is so well appointed!

The cabin is beautiful the kitchen is fully stocked, pots and pans very high quality. The location is absolutely beautiful! We loved our stay at this cabin it is our second stay we hope to make it up again and if we do we hope the cabin is available it’s perfect!

Great Getaway

This house was perfect for a few days away after our wedding. My husband wanted to scout for hunting and I wanted a water view and some sleep. This was just what we wanted. We cant wait to come back!!!

The cabin was very clean when we arrived

The mountain view was spectacular, the mountains had complete foliage it was so beautiful. The sunset at night was awesome. There was great fishing in the lake. It was more then we imagined, we had a great time, we will rebook definitely.

PERFECT!

This property was even more beautiful in person! The cabin was beautiful with an amazing view and being right on the water was wonderful to launch our canoe in the early morning light. The bed was comfortable and the host was amazing to deal with. We will definitely be booking here again!

A great escape

Needed to just be in the peace and quiet of nature, and this place was perfect!! Serene, rustic, couldn't have asked for more! Owners came right over when we needed something.. place was more than we expected.. will definitely do it again!

Beautiful, clean and very comfortable

Two couples stayed for 3 nights with Kayaks. Had a wonderful time exploring Akers Pond and nearby Rivers. We got up early looking for Moose but only found tracks, maybe next time !!!! We did get great pictures of a mature Eagle on one of the Rivers and enjoyed the great sound of the Loons on Akers Pond. We had great fires every night and enjoyed incredible sunsets. We highly recommend this place.

Excellent property!

We did a last minute rental here and although my husband and I couldn’t make it up, our adult son and a few friends enjoyed the property. We heard nothing but great things during their stay. I spoke to Lea over the phone about our partial change in plans and she was one of the most sweetest kind hearted people. Although my husband and I didn’t get to enjoy it in person as planned, our son’s reviews and photos during his stay made it for us to want to rebook again hopefully in the near future so we can enjoy it ourselves. Can’t wait! Thanks again Lea!!

This is a slice of heaven for anyone looking to disconnect & enjoy mother nature. Lea is a peach and we will definitely be back. My husband & I honeymooned here for a week in 2015. We celebrated 10 yrs later & its exactly how we remembered it!

Another great stay!

We’ve stayed here a number of times and it never disappoints. This was our first stay during the summer though. It was fun to see a few moose calves in the surrounding area. The host, Lea, was fantastic!

Beautiful cabin

We had a wonderful time during our second stay at this adorable cabin and its ideal location. We will keep coming back. The only thing I noticed again is that the cabin could use a deep clean by the end of the summer season. Walls around bathroom sink and crumbs on Placemats. Otherwise it’s absolutely perfect! We loved our stay!

I recently stayed at Lea’s cabin in Errol, NH, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The cabin is nestled in a serene location, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. Lea has thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The cabin was spotless, well-stocked with essentials, and beautifully decorated with a cozy, rustic charm.
