650 SF ONE BEDROOM AND ONE BATHROOM, 400SF DECK, STEPS TO BEACH, CAC.HEAT

A newly renovated condo. private one bedroom with fully renovated bathroom which includes large walkin shower and touchless flushing toilet. The floors are all new throughout the unit. The bedroom features a new Queen size pillow top bed. The very large and fully equipped newer kitchen features glass tile backsplash and granite countertops, all new stainless steel appliances which includes large refrigerator with ice maker, range oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. there is also a large farm sink. Free WiFi as well as phone

Outstanding views of fort Pond Bay from the large 400sf deck.

The unit has central a/c and heat. There is an on site laundry room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, silverware, glasses, etc.

The furniture in the living room is new as well and there is a queen size and twin size pull out with memory foam mattress. there are two LED TV's, a 55 inch in the living room and 39 inch in the bedroom. both have cable. The outdoor deck which is new and very large features two lounge chairs, high top dining set with chairs and a very large sectional.

Leave your umbrella, beach chairs, beach cooler and towels at home as we will provide them for you to use while you stay in our condo.

I DO NOT RENT TO GROUPS THAT ARE 30 YRS OR YOUNGER. THIS IS A QUITE DEVELOPMENT WHERE MOST OWNERS UTILIZE THEIR UNITS DURING THE SUMMER. AS WELL, ONLY CAN RENT TO 5 IF ITS A FAMILY, NO GROUPS OF 5 ALLOWED PER CONDO BYLAWS.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN OR OUTSIDE OF OUR UNIT.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED AS WELL.

DURING JULY AND AUGUST WE ONLY RENT BY THE WEEK, SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.

This condo is beautiful, spotless, extremely well equipped and peaceful . Very comfortable furniture, everything you could need. Pretty views over the bay with great sunsets. The host was very accommodating and got back to me quickly with any questions I had . Sweet spot.

Beautiful home

My daughter and I stayed for a week at this residence and were absolutely delighted with the home. It is beautifully maintained and well situated in Montauk, making it easy to navigate to town or the harbor. The complex pool, tennis courts and beach are all very close. Kitchen is stocked and there are plenty of linens. Thank you for sharing your home!

Perfect family Montauk beach getaway experience

Howard's lovely home and his attention to detail to our needs made our stay the ideal Montauk experience. Everything was just as Howard shared with us and the photos of his home were exactly what was represented when we arrived. Beautifully renovated, clean, well stocked, great community pool, beach, wooded grounds, fishing pier- all of it just perfect. We highly recommend a stay at Howard's and plan on going back next year for sure!
