Una casa tradizionale florida completamente ristrutturata, pavimenti originali in tarrazzo e piastrelle a mosaico e centrale AC
La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size e il suo bagno appena ristrutturato in allegato
In fondo alla sala è la seconda camera da letto un letto matrimoniale. Queste camere sono separate dall'ampio bagno.
La terza camera da letto si trova fuori dal soggiorno con un letto matrimoniale e la sua area salotto e ingresso -
Il piano aperto (sala da pranzo a forma di L e soggiorno) è molto spazioso. Il soggiorno ha una zona lettura separata e un divano letto pieghevole Ikea Queen. Ogni camera ha una Smart Tv che ti consente di guardare i tuoi account Netflix o Amazon oltre che via cavo.
La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario e angolo colazione con due sgabelli
L'area da pranzo è divisa in due da un "muro" che dà un bagliore ambientale e un po 'di privacy pur mantenendo una sensazione aperta
La lavanderia si trova appena fuori la cucina e il garage e ha una lavatrice e asciugatrice
Il cortile è recintato e privato.
C'è un garage per auto che si apre nella lavanderia e poi accede alla casa tramite cucina

Great property, awesome landlords!

We were 3 students who needed a place to stay for the month, and we only have words of gratitude for this wonderful place! The landlords are very nice, whom catered to our every request. This was the perfect home away from home. Neighborhood was quiet and safe, and very close to LOTS of shopping amenities (mall, grocery stores, restaurants). Location was perfect, in between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, so it made getting around very easy. Property was very well maintained and everything looked even better then the provided pictures. Highly recommend to anyone who wishes to visit Florida, you will not go wrong in choosing this place!

Great house with quite neighborhood.

Excellent floor plan that provides plenty of entertainment area. Three big bedrooms and garage. Close to University Dr for shopping and entertainment. Had a long stay with a great host. Absolutely no issues at all. Plan on returning next year. Thank You for your hospitality!

Very Friendly and responsive owners

We choose this property after seeing the reviews and also because the property was close to my work at Miramar. When I spoke with Elisa from NYC, she sounded quite friendly and trustworthy. On our arrival We found it very neat and clean and equipped with almost all the requisites that one needs in a home. The place is conveniently located not far from the Malls, restaurants, Banks etc. FLL Airport and Hollywood beach are only 30 mins away! We were very pleased to meet the owner couple Elisa and Steve; both are very friendly and amicable and responded to our needs very promptly. We are glad that we choose this place for our stay which we will cherish in our memory for years!!

Best Choice, Good Value

This worked out perfectly! Needing to stay in the Pembroke Pines area, this location was perfect. Away from the hustle and bustle of main streets, nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this home was perfect for my daughter and I. Spacious, lots of natural light, a place to work wirelessly, felt like home with a back yard, front porch and large kitchen. I highly recommend this home. I will surely be back

Great House, Great Neighborhood

This is absolutely the best place for me and my family to stay. I am originally from South Florida(hollywood) but have now live in West Virginia. My family and I(wife and 4 kids) stayed on the beach back in 2011 and was very unhappy. Not only with the place but the location. Being that my family is all in the west including my oldest daughter, this was the perfect location. The house was amazing. Elisa is very professional and helpful. I am glad that I found this house and will definitely be staying here every time I come down. Thank you again Elisa

Great vacation home

This was our first time renting a house in Florida and we were not disappointed. The house was very clean, airy, and a lot of light. It has a very nice private backyard. Everything is close by: beaches, malls, restaurants, grocery stores and casinos. It was like being in our own home. We would recommend this house to anyone visiting Florida and would not hesitate staying there again. Thanks Elisa

Nice, clean place

I rented this for my brother and his family and they really enjoyed it. The place is perfect in size and very clean. Good location. I would definitely recomend it to anyone. Thanks Elisa!

perfect home away from home

My daughter and I just finished our two and a half month stay at Elisa's house in Pembroke Pines The house was as described, quiet, open, lots of light with a nice sized private back yard area. Its in a family neighborhood not far from shopping and restaurants and the beach is only 20 minutes away. The hosts Elisa and her husband, Steve are very friendly and helpful and they responded quickly whenever I called. If you are planning a trip to South Florida this is the perfect home away from home. -DCousin, MD

Great House,..I'll Be Back !

From the start of setting up this vacation rental, speaking with the owners was a pleasure. They are very accommodating and their easy manner is what I am looking for when I go on vacation. The house was as described and was immaculate. All the amenities provided are as advertised. The accommodations are very cozy with nice little touches giving the home a warm and inviting feel, and the house has an open and airy layout. A real Florida home ! Loved it. The home is located in an area that has all the food and entertainment activities within a quick driving distance. I mean everything any family would need was in the immediate area. An incredible open air mall is within 15 minutes of the home and other shopping was just as convenient. Did do cooking at the house but it was nice to get in the car go to the beach and have a great lunch at an area restaurant. Beautiful ocean scenery. A great boardwalk on Hollywood Beach with eateries and activities all along the way. There are some fantastic museums and art galleries in the area which I thoroughly enjoyed. And there is a lot of activity in the downtown Hollywood area,...weekend events, music and family orientated activities. I enjoy coming to Florida and this is my first time renting a house for vacation. This is the way to go. No hassles just an open, airy, clean, well maintained and easy to work with owners. All of us had a fantastic time and we have already booked the home for another vacation next year.
