Close to all amenities shops & supermarkets, banks, pharmacy & doctors, bars & restaurants. Fully fitted kitchen (oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine etc) EnglishTV by Wi-Fi Netflex, Sky Sports, BT Sports a wide selection of Sky and free to view channels as well as TV series and films and Spanish, DVD & CD player. Free Wi-Fi. Airconditioning (hot & cold) ceiling fans. We can arrange transfers to and from the airport.


This spacious apartment(82.7sq.m) has 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, dining room, fully-fitted kitchen, large terrace(40sq.m) with sun loungers, parasols, CD/Radio player, TV. The Terrace gets the sun all year round.

This fully furnished apartment is only 50m from the beach. The harbour is nearby for local seafood/fish restaurants.

Near shops & Supermarkets, bank, bars & restaurants, also there is a water park, aquarium and golf course within the resort. There are bikers for hire as well as 3/4 and 5 seater family bikers or you can take a tour of Roquetas on a land train.

Roquetas is still a very Spanish town, it has a very good and large beach perfect for swimming and water sports.

Lovely large apartment containing everything you would need, plus a fabulous terrace large enough for a football game.Very conveniently positioned for the beach and all other amenities, with a cafe/ bar and a supermarket no more than 20 metres away.Two large pools on the complex with a life guard in attendance, surrounded by well cared for grounds.We had a lovely, relaxing two weeks and will hopefully be back again next year.

Steven, the host was very easy to deal with and the check in process was simple.Ideally located, close to shops, supermarkets, restaurants and the beach.The pool has quite strict opening times 11.00am to 3.00pm and 5.00pm to 9.00pm. There are 2 pools, one of which is open all summer, and the other just for 1 month, usually July. They are both good with nice gardens and lots of shade. We adopted the Spanish lifestyle of siesta and then stayed out quite late. The resort is very Spanish and full of families. We really enjoyed it.One thing to perhaps bear in mind is, there are no lifts, but the apartment is on the first floor with 17 steps, which was OK for us.

Lovely holiday apartment

I really liked the 2 bedroom apartment, especially that each bedroom had a bathroom. I also loved the huge outside space!!The location was also very nice, close to the beach and the town centre.

Great stay lovely property.

Property was well stocked and clean, close to the beach on the tourist end of Roqueta. Comfortable beds and couches and TV and internet for the colder nights (visited Feb). Stephen communicated well and information provided was useful. Overall great stay.

Lovely stay in Roquetas De Mar

We had a lovely stay at Steves apartment. It was large & spacious with a really big terrace.Close to all the shops,beach and some lovely restaurants. It was the Spanish holidays whilst we were there which made a great atmosphere in the evening The only downside to the complex was the pool opening times.This however did not spoil our stay .

Third time!

This was our third stay, which speaks for itself - this time we stayed for four weeks and the apartment was comfortable, with all we needed. Handy for all bars and restaurants with a small supermarket very close and larger ones nearby. as usual, keys and info sent in plenty of time. Roll on our next stay!

Perfect

Stayed for a week in july with my two daughters and had a perfect holiday. Communication was excellent, got the keys and information in plenty of time. Decided not to hire a car and chris was waiting for us and took us straight to apartment. Spotlessly clean and a really lovely place with everything you need for your holiday. Location is absolutely perfect with two great swimming pools. Very safe and friendy people around. Shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk and the stunning beach just a few hundred yards away. We cannot wait to stay again

January 2020 One month stay

Prime location, close to the beach, shops and eating places – especially Nelly’s (a favourite of ours) which is a leisurely walk along the beach. Nice light airy flat which gets the sun from sunrise and through the day. Huge terrace – WOW – gets the sun from early on until sunset. Stephen gave great instructions and information and was really helpful and prompt. Roquetas is a great place in January, lots of places are open. We had a wonderful time; wall-to-wall sunshine for 24 of the 30 days. Only had 2 days of rain and overcast skies, most of it down to Storm Gloria which didn’t seem to do any real damage to this part of the coast, although one end of the beach and a bit of the nature reserve was flooded for a couple of days.

Perfect location

Myself, my husband, teenage son, and his friend stayed for 2 weeks in the apartment. Having been to Roquestas many times before, we know the area well and the apartment was perfectly situated and appointed (the tv and 2nd bathroom a must with two 14 year olds in tow!) The large terrace is a real sun trap and was nice to sit on with a cold beer once the sun had gone in the evening. I have to make a special mention of the kingsize bed. The mattress was really comfortable which is unusual in a rental property! The apartment is very close to the beach, tapas bars, and restaurants. It's also a short distance from the bus stop, which was great as we didn't hire a car this year. The larger pool was shut while we were there, but the smaller pool is still a good size and was open from 11am - 9pm. Don't be confused by the sign that suggests it's not open between 3pm and 5pm, it's an old sign and there is an amended, printed sign next to it. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay in Al Baida and will hopefully return in the future. Thanks to Steve and Chris

El apartamento es muy amplio con dos baños y una gran terraza, situado en una urbanización con piscina y jardines ( algo descuidados ). El acceso a la playa es rápido curzando la calle y andando unos metros. Las camas son cómodas y hay aire acondicionado. La cocina es bastante vieja pero funcional , para mi gusto deberían de cambiar el microondas porque esta en mal estado por dentro. Los utensilios de cocina estaban bastante sucios y tuvimos que lavarlos todos al igual que el fregadero. Hay sal y azúcar. La sarten igualmente estaba en mal estado pero lleve una propia de casa. La cafetera es eléctrica con filtros .Se trata de una primera planta sin ascensor. La llegada fue buena y la comunicación también, el hombre que nos atendió a la entrada fue muy amable y nos ayudo con las maletas.Como puntos a mejorar destaco la limpieza que es muy mejorable. La televisión no funcionaba bien en español pero vino un técnico y la arregló lo cual agradecemos mucho. Tampoco nos funcionó la llave magnética de la piscina , lo intentaron solucionar pero no hubo manera. Dw todas formas fueron muy amables y se disculparon por todos los inconvenientes. Si recomiendo este alojamiento vacacional en general y me pareció buena relación calidad precio.

L appartement est tres fontionnel, sis à 5mn de la plage.. très grande terrasse à disposition. Bien équipé. Beaucoup d explication pour venir de l aéroport et sur le fonctionnement de l appartement Un petit bémol, pour l arrivée un équipement minimal pour la vaisselle, produit, éponges , 1 ou 2 doses de lessive. You made an enquiry on the 22.3.24 at 20.27 to go in on the 23.3.24, as soon as I saw this e-mail I replied that it was too shorter notice to get the apartment prepared. You came back at 21.02, 35 minutes later and done an instant booking. This was the reason it was cancelled Hiciste una consulta el 22.3.24 a las 20.27 para entrar el 23.3.24, tan pronto como vi este correo electrónico respondí que era demasiado corto para preparar el apartamento. Todo fue fenomenal tal y como se ve en anuncio. Comunicación vía e-mail con propietario que es muy amable y atento. Lo único que fallo fue la limpieza q fue escasa quizás al no haber nadie supervisando antes de las entradas y salidas de la vivienda

MARAVILLOSO

Me hospedé con mi familia en el apartamento de Steve y fue genial. Está súper cerca de la playa, supermercados, cajeros y restaurantes muy cerca también. El apartamento es mucho mejor que en ls fotos. Tiene una terraza enorme y estupenda. Repetiremos sin duda alguna.

We came out for week and stayed with friends and looked at about 30 different apartments we picked this one because its an older style property which means it is very large compared to most modern apartments large lounge, 2 large bedrooms, kitchen, dinning room and a very big terrace facing south that gets the sun all day and its location to the beach about 3 to 4 minutes walk away, also you do not need a car everything you need shops, supermarkets and bars & restaurants all within walking distance.
