We feel we offer the best of both worlds! We’re so close to the beach and yet we’re in the country! We have Beach towels, numerous beach blankets/sheets, beach chairs. Beach toys. Beach coolers with ice packs.

Our well appointed 4000 sq.ft. home has the Sun, Fun, Space and Location to offer you Paradise!!

This super clean and modern home has it all...space for everyone, huge concrete driveway far off the road. Great for kids! A beautiful view. Comfortable furniture, 8 separate bedrooms, 4 full baths!!
The Main Level of our home has 3 guest bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms AND the beautiful and spacious primary bedroom is its own suite with huge walk-in shower and 2 separate sinks. In 2024 we’ve added a twin size bed in the very big walk-in closet. And a desk for anyone who needs privacy for at home work.
In the sunroom, which has all blackout curtains, is a sofa bed with new queen size mattress.

In 2024, we’ve added another bedroom overlooking the ravine and fire pit, with a king size bed.
The open concept of the main living area allows the kitchen to be the heart of the home and an easy gathering spot for all.

The kitchen has an Instant pot, air fryer, tabletop s’mores maker, salad spinner, 2 waffle makers, pizza stone, 3 crock pots, electric roasting pan, blender and so much more! And it’s all labeled so you don’t have to spend time looking all over for what you need! 2 full size refrigerators, an above stove microwave, and a 4 burner gas stove and oven. Dishwasher and we supply the detergent! Coffee pots, we supply the filters, 1 Kuerig coffee pot, bring k-cups, 2 toasters. 3 electric griddles. Plenty of coffee mugs and drinking glasses and plastic ware for children. Lots of mixing bowls and pots and pans. If there’s something you need, call me, I may have it in my kitchen for you to use!

Large granite counter tops and lots of cabinets give you room for all your goodies. There's bar top seating for 6 and a large dining table with seating for 16.
When it’s time to relax, stretch out on the comfy sectional. Watch a movie or stream on the large 60” flat screen television with Midwest Fiber Optic as our cable provider.

A dvd player. Bring your favorite dvd's.

Additional hang-out area includes large sunroom open to the main living room, it has huge windows overlooking the secluded back yard and cozy furniture which includes 2 couches, 2 love seats, 2 chairs, a secluded large ottoman for a smaller person to nap on, lamps for reading and end tables to place your drinks,and a large round table with four chairs for puzzles and games.

We have 2 pack n' plays, 2 highchairs, 2 booster seats and a potty chair and a portable tub for an infant.

There’s a separate laundry room and we supply detergent, dryer sheets and Shout. Ironing board and iron. Broom and dustpan and a Miele canister vacuum.

You don’t have to wash any sheets because they are done professionally for us. We just ask that most of the towels are washed and dried before leaving.

The lower level: Full bath with stand up shower, vanity and toilet. Two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with a queen bed! An attached Billiards room with a professional size table. This is also used as a bedroom, has sliding glass doors overlooking the fire pit. It has two twin beds. An adjoining extra large room with a 60” flat screen television has sliding glass doors for use as an exit also. This huge room has 5 full beds. And a twin bed.

In 2024 we’ve put in a queen size bed in a room outside the 2 bedrooms in lower level. This area used to be a kitchen but is no longer used as such. It has doors that closes it off from other areas.

Two air hockey games, ping pong table and a foosball table are located on a cement slab outside the sliding glass doors. Outside the main level door is a deck with comfortable furniture and a table and chairs. We’ve put up curtains to help keep the sun from beating down on you in the evening. We have two large 8' picnic tables with table covers and umbrellas. Two gas grills (we supply the propane tanks)a charcoal grill and a Blackstone griddle! And our custom built slate stone fire pit, complete with sturdy log benches and chairs with cushions for those with bad backs! We supply your firewood and premium marshmallow sticks! Don’t forget the marshmallows! You can’t have a camp fire without those!
Huge concrete driveway far from the road is a great place for kids to ride bikes, scooters and skateboards, all provided. And the driveway parks lots of cars. There is also a basketball hoop set up for playing on the cement drive. We have balls for all sports requiring them at our place. The grassy yard has three swing sets, merry-go-round and tetherball and room to play just about any yard game you can think of!

Volleyball net stays set-up all season.

We have a collapsible badminton set, horseshoes and 2 sets of corn hole.

We have a beautiful ravine that is now cleaned up, thanks to Jim, and is awesome for walking in and there’s a picnic table to use and a few chairs. Sometimes our little creek has water flowing through it. We think you’ll love this added space.
In 2025 we added disc golf in the ravine!

We also offer two really big lily pads to take to the beach, if someone in your group has a truck or a van! Google: beach lily pads, they’re awesome!
