About Dale and Jeanie Beavers

We are Missoula natives. We have our own business here in Missoula. We love this area so much that when we bought our new home (also on the Blackfoot River) we just couldn't let go of this exceptional home.

Dale and Jeanie Beavers purchased this house in 2012

Why Dale and Jeanie Beavers chose Bonner

We bought this property because it has scenic beauty, rural privacy, paved access, raft home convenience and yet you are only 7 miles from the University of Montana Campus and the city of Missoula's restaurants, malls, etc... and 20 minutes to the airport.

What makes this house unique

Privacy, convenience, large custom home, river frontage, fishing and wildlife right out your door.

Beautiful home in a breathtaking location!

  • 5 of 5

Besides the two black bears we got to watch frolick across the river and the evening entertainment provided by the Big horn sheep on the hillside above the river, the grounds, tiered gardens and riverside gazebo were amazing. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen fully stocked with everything you could need and the huge patio with outstanding view make this a wonderful place to stay. Dale and Jeanie were excellent hosts in an equally large acreage next door, but gave us all the privacy possible while answering any questions if we needed information . The house is well insulated from temperature extremes and noise, so a perfect getaway. There were only 2 of us, so didn’t use the upstairs, but the two bedrooms and bath were nice with great views. If you do require Internet access, it is very spotty and you only get PBS channels on the TV. We found it peaceful to unplug for a few days and it added to the lovely setting.

Great family gathering place

  • 5 of 5

This is a great place for a family gathering in the Missoula area. The location right on the Blackfoot River is great, and there's a large deck where you can sit and enjoy the river and birds. Bighorn sheep can be seen nearby, and it's only a few minutes away from Missoula. The house itself is very nice, with a large kitchen and dining area, and 4 comfortable bedrooms. The hosts are very helpful. There's a lot to like about this place!

Totally awesome property

  • 5 of 5

Incredible place, perfect for a large family like ours coming to Missoula for a wedding. Double bonus as all of us are flyfishermen and the Blackfoot did not disappoint us; as the McLean's classic attests, "a river runs through it". Plenty of room, great kitchen, and outdoor grill, and town is only 7 or 8 minutes away. Great experience for all of our family and wedding guests that just had to come out and see the place. Would definitely rent again.

Absolute perfection!

  • 5 of 5

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home. It was such a great place to unplug and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Each fun-filled day started and ended on the back deck overlooking the river. And we spent several afternoons floating down the Blackfoot right to the house. Everything was perfect!
