Great location

Great location for visiting the Grand Canyon, Sedona and Flagstaff. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Very clean (great for those of us with allergies to dust). Joey very quickly communicated with me and responded to my request. Wonderful trip!

Great place to stay

Although just 2 friends on a road trip, we loved having separate master suites. Both suites were quite nice (esp once we figured out how the lights worked). Lovely place to stay. Well appointed. Nice neighborhood to walk in. Located close to places we wanted to go. Including a couple of restaurants we really liked. Joey was very responsive when we had questions. Would definitely stay here again if ever I’m back in Flagstaff.

Great place in Flagstaff

First, Joey was very friendly and a great communicator. We never had to wait for a response to our inquiries. The property was great (we even had our own private garage). It was well stocked with the basics and Joey was quick to respond if we did run out of something. It was centrally located tor the activities we had planned. We would definitely stay there again if we are back in Flagstaff.

Grand canyon vacation

fabulous property in wonderful area

So nice to have a garage to park in. The property was immaculate and had everything and more of what we needed. Kitchen was well stocked with nice appliances. We were close to shopping, hiking and biking. Would stay here again.

Close to it all!

We went up to Flag for a concert at Pepsi Amphitheater. This location was perfect! Only about 10 minutes away from the venue. Check in was easy! Communication with the host was a breeze. We would highly recommend this spot!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely property, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The cleanliness was immediately noticeable upon arrival. The garage provided ample space for parking, ensuring our car was safe and protected. Inside, the bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom were not only spotless but also very comfortable, making our stay truly relaxing. Very Nice Property

Our party stayed two nights at this property and I would not hesitate to recommend. Two master suites fit our needs perfectly. While we didn’t cook on-site, the kitchen was well appointed. Very comfortable. Only possible issue would be for people with mobility limitations as the property is a basement unit that can only be reached by going down stairs or a steep paved walkway. Would absolutely stay again.

Comfy & Quiet & close to the airport

We enjoyed having the garage with door-opener. Beds were comfy, bathrooms large and well appointed. We are senior citizens but managed the stairs and the slope outside just fine. The dish-washing instructions were a little confusing so we hand-washed as instructed, but would have preferred to run the dishwasher since it was there.

Friends to see Friendly Friends

Two couples came to Flagstaff to see a friend preform at the Ophrem. We had a great weekend. The place is cute and well stocked. We had a little trouble figuring out the heaters but eventually got those going. The beds are very hard. One of our group loved them, the rest of us, not so much. Two nights was doable but I wouldn’t have been able to stay any more nights on those mattresses. I do suggest new mattresses. Location was great, just a few minutes into town. Neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Check-in was a breeze as well. As check out there is a coffee pot in the unit but not a Keurig. I only mentioned that because I brought coffee pods and we had to go buy coffee.
