Welcome to our resort home in Port Saint Lucie! We took pleasure in detailing this place so your vacation would exceed your expectations: airy rooms and bedrooms, a contemporary decor, a fully appointed kitchen, a large, heated, waterfall swimming pool, with a spacey roofed lanai overseeing the Saints pro golf course and a beautiful pond.
In the coveted and peaceful Sandpiper Bay neighborhood you're minutes away from the beach, Club Med, shopping, and five star dining. Feel free to fall in love!

LOCATION
Your vacation home is located on the Saints Golf Course in Sandpiper Bay, a lush, quiet, safe neighborhood. This is a one store house, with leveled tiles and hardwood flooring throughout, so every corner is easily accessible for kids and people with disabilities.

OUTDOOR FEATURES:
You could start planning your day while enjoying breakfast and sipping your coffee with family or friends on the large, covered lanai by the pool. Leaving all worries aside you could enjoy the spectacular, unobstructed view of the manicured golf course. Allow the wildlife's ever surprising activities and sounds enchant you around the nearby pond.
You could then dip in the heated swimming pool and sunbath or hide in the shade on the plenty available chaise lounges and comfy rockers. Meanwhile kids could splash around and continue playing in the pool. They'll will find all sorts of inflatables and toys readily available for that exact purpose.
You could also use our gas grill (not an amenity but available as a convenience in the garage) and perhaps invite your friends to share, or simply find a restaurant from the many excellent choices nearby.

KITCHEN
A fully appointed kitchen with brand new appliances is at your disposal. All kitchen utensils, pots and pans, coffee or tea equipment, and much more are there for the chef in you.

LIVING SPACES
In the family room you can watch TV, access premium channels and Netflix, or play the many games available to entertain. The sofa-bed easily converts into a pull-out queen size for the unexpected overnight visits.

The living room has floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors overlooking the swimming pool and deck. Enjoy the spectacular tropical view as far as the eye can see, while sipping a cocktail, a glass of wine, or an ice cold beer and relaxing with friends and family. A large sectional could easily become an impromptu night time sleeper for that designated driver who had a glass or two.

BEDROOMS
All 3 bedrooms have new and super comfy beds.
The spacious master suite sports a king size bed, walk-in closets, a two room bathroom, and a large shower equipped with handles for the disabled. The master bedroom has its own direct access to the pool and deck.
The sizable middle bedroom has a queen bed and a double closet. Access to the bathroom/shower is through a small hallway.
The third bedroom could accommodate even 4 due to its 2 full size beds. It also has a double closet. Access to the guest bathroom is through the small hallway connecting all 3 bedrooms.
The guest bathroom has a granite top double sink and a bathtub/shower/toilet in a separate, private space.
There are extra comforters and plenty of beach towels available.

LAUNDRY AND GARAGE
A convenient laundry room appointed with new washer, new dryer, iron, and ironing board is also available
At the end of a 3 cars accommodating driveway there is a double garage. In it we have stored a gas grill, 2 bicycles, a paddle board, beach chairs, mats, and a beach umbrella that could be used by guests but are not part of the listed amenities, so please use them responsibly. We do not guarantee their functionality, and we are not liable for any situation occurring from their use. Please return any items back to their location at checkout.
