This wonderful DUPLEX house is located less that a minute (by WALKING!) from healing Warm Mineral Springs.
One may wonder, what is the Warm Mineral Springs? The magical springs, that people from all over the world come to visit, is the largest warm springs in WORLD. Some people even call the place a Fountain Of Youth. The waters are known for their symptom reliefs and overall benefits for people's health. There is a wide spectrum of different nationalities including but not limited to Russian, Ukrainian, Polish and other European countries.
The house is a Duplex, meaning that each apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with separate entrees. Each apartment has huge new living room with Smart TV, pull out sofa, meaning that it can be used as a bed. Kitchen with dining area, The kitchen has new kitchen appliances and other cooking stuff
One bedroom has two beds, one is twin sized and one is full sized. Second bedroom has a queen sized bed. There are bedroom and bath supplies like towels for both beach and bath use, sheets, pillowcases, and duvet covers.
House has drying and washing machine room with all laundry supplies including. Backyard includes an outdoor set of table and chairs, from both sides of the house. Parking is available.
The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, and grocery stores, restaurants, parks are close by. Beaches are less that 20 minutes away.

House water.

The house was nice, but the water was terrible. We could not use the water at all and even had to wipe the dishes off with bottled water. Also, kitchen sink and faucet needs repair.

Very nice place

Nice duplex in quiet neighborhood. Only drawback was the water had a funny taste. I believe the water softener was not set correctly. Everything else was good.

Good stay for a few nights

Place is cozy. If you coming to mineral springs - it’s the best location it can be. Less than 5 min walk to the lake! The only thing I wished for is a dishwasher. Hand washing dishes for 4 people is ok for a few nights but gets tiring fast. Everything else was great.

Nice & Affordable With Serious Shortcomings

It appears as if the property (duplex) has been totally rehabbed within the past year. The neighborhood is quiet with lots of green space around the property. The city of North Port is in the midst of a growth spurt. There are plenty of restaurants and grocers nearby. The short comings are with the water and the mattresses. The water out of the faucet taste just like a cup of ocean water - SALTY. A separate spout with special filtration still tastes salty but can be swallowed. We called the property manager to discuss this but they never got back to us. We probably spent $40+ dollars on bottled water. The mattresses are nothing but foam and not the memory foam type. After sleeping on them for a week I developed a severe back ache. Had to use different medicines, a massage therapist and buy expensive foam toppers to make the remaining portion of the trip tolerable. Late in our stay I discovered that the couple in the unit next to us had to threaten the management company regarding their mattress. They were able to get one of the three mattresses in their unit replaced. So at this point one of the six mattresses in the duplex is comfortable. Feeling sorry for those who would follow behind me I left the memory foam mattress topper I purchased in the closet for others to use. Fix the water and the mattresses and this would be a five star property.

I found the home beautiful inside and relaxing. I had one small issue with the lock off doors being opened or closed but they in no way affected my love of the stay. I found the local suggestions in the guide book all DELICIOUS! I look forward to staying again!
