Just 20 km from Podgorica and 40 km from Budva, this property features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet, a large kitchen, a living room, a tavern with a fireplace, and 2 terraces with stunning lake views. Experience the charm of Paradise House Skadar Lake, a beautiful stone house located in the quaint fishing village of Karuč, right on the shores of Lake Skadar in Montenegro's National Park. This stunning location offers breathtaking views and direct access to the pristine waters of Skadar Lake, making it the perfect getaway for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility. Enjoy the serenity of this picturesque village while exploring the natural beauty and rich wildlife of the surrounding national park.

Everything is designed for our guests—there are no restricted areas! Renting our house gives you exclusive access to the entire property and terrace. Enjoy free parking, and take advantage of our complimentary kayak for 2 and Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) for 2! Please note that swimming at the private pier is not recommended due to cold water from springs located directly in front of the house. Experience the beauty and comfort of your own private retreat!

We offer our guests a range of exciting activities, including boat trips, fishing, bird watching, biking tours, kayaking, and hiking. Experience the wild beauty of National Park Skadar Lake firsthand!
